This place and attitude sucks manager told me that if they keep getting my order wrong maybe i should go some where else trust me i will food cold no made right employees to include owner has smart mouth attitude
Thieves! Chek your bill and ensure your being charged for what you paid for. I was being charged $8 more for something i didnt ask for or even had in my bag. When I went back in to let them know they messed up my order, they said i paid for it and I agreed to it when i swiped the card. The cashier even stated they were 4 cheesesteaks and I told her yes. They charged me for 5. The mánager And assistant mánager are horrible. They said if I had only received 4 then the other would be there. So that proved that I did get 5. I went back because they messed up the whole order. The "managers" didn't care I was a regular customer. Definitely not returning or my coworkers. That other guy is right. They need training on customer service. The dish washer probly has better customer service than them.
This Pizza King location is wonderful. The employees along with the management department are very respectful and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant and will continue to come back.
LOVE the restaurant! Amazing atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. My meals are always very good and I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Went in with girlfriend on July 24 around 5:30. Sat down waited 10-15 mins for waitress to even acknowledge us, never happened. Couple sat down way after we been seated, got served drinks and got to put in order. Walked out, spending my money elsewhere. (pizza palace)

Management (Justin) / owners (Brad) customer service sucks. I am unable to leave work as I manage a property. I contacted the new pizza king location in Georgetown Delaware in which is right next door to my business and asked them if they could do a credit card over the phone order and another employee would come over to pick up from me. The manager Justin stated no. I explained we are both businesses in the area and I cannot leave some times. He did not care. I made sure to explain that we will make sure that our guests are aware and we will make no referrals to his business. I then contacted another pizza king location very nice lady I spoke with and she stated they have done it before as well as the Harrington location the gentleman who answered said he would do it as well. The millsboro location stated I call back to Georgetown and speak to brad or Todd one of the owners. As I was hanging up from her a gentleman walked in with a pizza king uniform on and it was brad. Very cocky very rude and very arrogant. He stated they cannot do credit cards over the phone. He was not worried about us sending our guests to his place as his parking lot was filled. Mind again this is a business to another business You wash our backs we will do the same for you. I think both sides from management to owners need to take a training on customer service because clearly they don't have it.
