Lillian, I wish I was able to respond to your review directly. I apologize you had a poor experience. I do not remember your dog off the top of my head from last summer. It is very busy during the summer months, we have 20 kennels and yes sometimes we can get 25 if a few have multiple dogs. Depending on the group they can be noisy. We keep very structured hours to alleviate the noise and stress which works very well. Best wishes in the future, there are many lovely kennels in our area. Nichole

I just had my dog boarded here for a week for the first time and I did NOT like the fact that my dog's fur was matted and that I was told 25 dogs had been boarded while she was there. If I'm mistaken the place is not big enough to hold that many dogs unless they were doubled up by choice. I paid for "special" accommodations but what I saw was a concrete wall with a cot and INCREDIBLE barking. It may be that other kennels are the same with noise level but this is not a "retreat" as far I'm concerned. Perhaps my dog liked the commotion with other dogs and the noise. She was healthy and happy to see us and for that I'm grateful. I'm looking for alternatives.
