I don't know who is responsible for picking up recycling in our neighborhood but leaving behind what they dont consider recyclable is shameful. Even more shameful is the fact that they turn the bin upside-down and what they didn't take is left on the ground. I wash out everything we put in that bin and everything we put in it is recyclable. Most of it is plastic the rest is glass bottles and paper products. what a disgrace to the environment to leave the trash on the ground why cant they just leave it in the bin? Very disrespectful company and to think we have to pay for this service!

We, Senior Citizens in Success Community, know what a privilege it is to have our trash and recyclables picked up from our driveways! We are appreciative of the on time service. We have been working for the past two years to keep our community as litter free as possible and are happy to have Waste Pro willing to join us in our efforts! The Customer Service staff was cordial and seemed happy to address our community's needs and concerns. Great job, Waste Pro!

I looked out my window this morning and saw that the wind had blown over the neighbor's trash. It was everywhere. I decided to wait until the truck came and then I'd go over and clean up what was left. But they got out of the truck, driver and all, and picked up every bit of it. Thanks guys - good job. You don't see this much anymore. I live in south Vancleave in the John's Bayou area.

Waste Pro is horrible. I put out my recycle and I come home in the afternoon and a third of it is in the street in front of my house. My garbage can is in the neighbors yard or half out in the street.

I have called customer service and they are rude and nothing ever changes. I hated to see Advance Disposal go. I just knew this company would not do their job.

hard to know when to place what, with unrealistic pick-up practices: only one side of the street is picked up and if yours is the non-pickup side then expect problems. Bulk item pickup may be in a week's time and may not be at all
