Everything was great until I went to pay. Nicole, who was ringing up my order was very rude. When I asked her to repeat it because it was missing a drink she rolled her eyes and said "I've repeated it three times". Then continued to argue with me at the cash register. Very unprofessional. I've eaten at several Subways and have never received service like this.
I just experiences the worst customer service ever. The manager was REALLY rude and inappropriate. He accused me of ordering ice cream there and complaining that it has yellow spot and I never go to this particular sonic. I need to speak to someone asap about his behavior. I will be contacting corporate office.
