Awesome service, wonderful people, amazing atmosphere.
I wish I didn't have to give this place a star at all!!! We used to love to eat here but obviously Cobbley Knob Market has changed hands. We ate breakfast there and the counter girl exhibited the customer service of a rock. She didn't greet us, she didn't tell us where the drinks or codiments were and when her and her co-worker brought our food to the table, she YELLED, "who had the omlet?" I have eaten and worked at my fair share of restaurants in my life and never have I observed such ill mannered disrespect. The food was horrible. We had 2 tables full of people eating and everyone said their food was gross. The eggs were cold, the gravy, which was a powdered mix, had the consistancy of brick morter. We would had said something but we really didn't plan on going back. On the way out, my boyfriend bought a pack of smokes which costed a little over $7 but if you drive own down the road to Jack's, theirs are $2 less. This saddens me because we used to love to eat here. I hope someone takes over the breakfast shift or maybe they will change hands again to someone who knows how to treat people decently!
This place I would never revisit worst overall experience ever. Its worth driving somewhere else unless you like having a bad day from the customer service.
can i give 0 stars?? hands down the worst pizza experience. the first order we got had burnt wings with the sauce so burnt it was black on the pan, the pizza was chewy and terrible, and it took 1.5 hrs to reach us when we'd been quoted 45 mins. so we called and the "lovely" mgr rhonda said she would give a FULL credit of a $75 order (NOT WORTH 75 CENTS) AND reissue the order to be there in 30 mins... another 1.5 hrs later and it was STILL crap. one of the pizzas was cold and hard like it had been sitting out overnight. the parmesan garlic wings we'd ordered literally had so much parm cheese dumped on it that it looked like a ritz cracker casserole. not only was the food terrible and SLOW, but they did NOT give credit as promised, they charged another $50. upon calling back, the manager rhonda put "christopher" on the phone who claimed to be a mgr but refused to provide his last name, and was only repeating what rhonda was saying in the background. the delivery guy said there was on a chris there who was a line cook. cant wait to talk to the better business bureau about this.

Bad service. Says open til 1 am. Closes everything except bar at 12. Still sits you but doesn't inform until 7 mins later. Would be better if posted about bar only or atleast inform customers better.
Always been a customer of Pizza Hut for a long time. Today we came to pick up the pizza, and the delivery girl came behind out truck and blocked the way. She came up and cursed my husband, instead of asking nicely to move from her way. Very rude employee!!! By the way, while it happened, I was in the store, and delivery girl came up and said "I will kill this m********r!! She said it in front of 2 customers, me and the other guy, that were waited for pizza. After that she asked me: "are you with him? " at first, if you hire somebody, make sure they are on a good mood and very nice to the customers. At second, thanks God, there were no kids in the store, that didn't hear her cursing! Well, woman was on drugs forsure!
Food was great we had pizza and garlic cheesy bread.. Portions were huge way more than what we could've eaten for meal ! It also was delivered Pretty quickly considering our location !! Thanks so much we will be enjoying this tomorrow too.
Where do I begin? We are visiting from Louisville Ky as we do several times a year and decided to order a pizza from you guys. We had a long drive to get here and wanted to relax. All I can say is that we were ridiculously disappointed. 2 1/2 hours later the pizza arrived...COLD! This is after I was assured it would be warm. It was not. Your first driver went to the wrong street address all together. I told her the address and cabin company. The other driver was shell shocked from rolling his car at a previous time. Or so he says. We should have been given a discount or something at a minimum for our inconvenience. If we knew it would take so long at the start, we would have went somewhere else. Maybe that's why you weren't honest with us. Very poor business. If you can't deliver when you say you will, maybe you shouldn't offer that service.
