I am SUPER THANKFUL to Marty, his apprentice & Deborah (one of their sweet receptionist) for taking the time!!! The time to hear my concerns and really find out whats the issue... Marty replaced all necessary parts, explained the problem on my dryer that I have been having trouble with * * even cleaned out the vent which is really on my apt complex to clean!* * , and even took the time to do a tune up on my washer that has been acting up. I appreciate the concern for quality service and the care for the customer relationship. It means a great deal, especially when its been a long road and someone really takes the time... in this busy fast paced world that is rare to find... THANK YOU!!!!
I have never in my life been more disappointed than I am now. My friend Carrie Ledford decided to start selling rainbow vacuum cleaners. She went to a meeting last night and while she was doing her lead list, she put Aquan and myself down on the paper the lady named Jenny came up to her and looked at the list and saw our names, then proceeded to ask Carrie and I quote "is this an interracial couple?" Carrie looked at her confused and said "uh yeah, why?" then Jenny says to her "I would be careful working with that demographic of people!" And proceeds to keep saying stuff about how interracial couples tend to not pay on their products. Carrie and myself have been friends for almost 4 years and for someone who doesn't know us to say something of that nature it really pissed her off. I could tell when she called me this morning she was extremely upset that someone who is supposed to be running a business would have the nerve to say something like that.
Jason and his assistant in training arrived as scheduled to fix our refrigerator ice maker. Both were very professional and proficient. I had especialIy requested Jason because he has gotten such excellent reviews. Thank you for honoring my request. I would definitely recommend him and anyone in training under him.
The repair guy is terrible he has been out 4 times to fix my ice maker and it is STILL NOT working!! He installed a new function board and said, " you are good it is working now" I tell you not a single drop of water was in the maker, so I complained to the warranty dept. They had them come back out to install the new maker he banged around, once again said " you are good to go, it is working now" and left within 15 min. And I STILL HAVE NO ICE... (not a single drop of water in the maker...but it is working??? Really??)! These people are incompetent! Beware!! I will be filing "another" complaint first thing next business day. I may get ice before my 5 yr warranty expires!!!??

DO NOT USE - these guys are absolutely terrible and they're completely dishonest. They charged me $75 to diagnose a problem (which ended up being an incorrect diagnosis) and then an additional $30 to "clean out the pump" on my dishwasher, which consisted of them starting the dishwasher twice. He was there for 10 mins, started my dishwasher twice, told me he couldn't fix it, and left with $100. Terrible.
Terrible customer service. The technician did not fix the problem on his initial visit. He spent half of the visit on his cell phone. After he left I called back immediately and reported that the machine was still doing the same thing as before. I was told he would call me back...he did not. I called back again and this time the technician was already back to the office (of course) so he needed to reschedule for this am. I received a barely audible voicemail on my house phone with the number yesterday, and called back but received after-hours voicemail. This morning instead of showing up to my home at the scheduled time he said they needed to order a part because he put an OLD PART in my machine! When pressed he said it "might be here Tuesday." Why wouldn't they order a new part from the start? Or order it when I initially called back with the exact same problem? Failing to show up after I had already taken the day off twice is unacceptable. I called Whirlpool and asked for a new company as this company lost my business and my trust.
