Spent 30 minutes in the store before anyone even acknowledged the fact I was in the store. Once I was able to get some help, I told the associate I was looking at buying my first bike and needed gear. The associate was very vague with the information he provided. I was looking at helmets and asked several questions, many of which I still don't have an answer to because he walked off and started helping someone else before finishing with me. I was ready to purchase a helmet and told him I was looking for something in the $300 price range. He continued to show me helmets below $100. I was somewhat insulted that he wouldn't show me something in my price range as if he had the impression I couldn't afford it. He seemed completely disinterested that I was in the store trying to make an educated purchase. After about 10 minutes of him helping this other person and wiping his hands of me, I left the store and have no plans to return. I am a sales manager at a company near by and if any of my sales people treated a customer this way they would be written up at a minimum.
