Tamrod's Screen Print Trophies

This was my 3rd and FINAL order from this screen printer. Completely loved using this place. I was a customer as a child. This order was for 13 shirts. This order I picked 2 colors to do the first run. Black & Military Green. When I approved the design in the exact color I TOOK a MILITARY GREEN shirt from the same shirt manufacturer to the shop and left it with them.

I was told they would be ready Friday of that week. Ended up being told quite a few stories about them being ready, then not, I can't type but so much on here, but i finally got them on the following Tuesday. At that time He asked me over and over "are they ok?". The shop was very dark and I did not notice the color of the entire shirt was wrong. He asked so many times I finally asked him if something was wrong with them and he said "No" I sent them a text telling them later that some of the font on the shirt was not distressed like the entire shirts print was supposed to be. Just so it could be fixed next time. I wasn't mad at all and told them how good the shirt looked.

Then toda y(next day) I had a customer noticed in the light here at home that the Military Green shirts I had ordered were in fact Chocolate. They looked very nice BUT i ordered green, The customer turned down the shirt due to this color as he did not get what he ordered.

The sad part of it all is all I wanted him to do was to make a note that when we did the 2nd run THIS WEEK (repeat biz) I wanted the proper green. He would not stop talking and blaming me long enough to find out I wasn't wanting a refund, partial or whole.

He said I was the one customer a year they could not help. It was all my fault and i would not admit I had ordered the wrong shirt color.I just wanted it right on teh next order. I had to hang up 2 times on this guy.

I called a 3rd time, I asked him if I could have my screens since I paid for them. All I needed was a yes, but got another lecture. Finally he said he would give me the screens.
