Sam's Club

I went in for an interview and drug test and I was told that I could call at anytime to check on my application so I did and when I called a young lady by the name of Whitney answered and told me that everything came back and that they just had an orientation that day and that they would call me on the next orientation so I simply asked why didn't I get a call for this orientation and then she explained why. I waited for about 2 weeks then I finally called back to be informed that I didn't have the job because Whitney said that I had an attitude on the phone which was a lie because I know better than to get an attitude with the person that's doing the hiring . I had two job interviews that I turned down because they told me that I had the job at same club and for some lying jealous individual to lie and mess that up is very childish . I even insisted that they go back and check the recording and listen to the conversation between us. I asked for the number to the corporate office and the lady on the phone refused to give it to me because she said that I'm not getting the job reguardless.

I called several times for the meat depatment and no one came to the phone. I was on hold for 15 minutes each call.

My wife had to go the tire dept. at this Sam's last week and she got the most exceptional service. She is clueless when it comes to anything to do with cars. The two employees were respectful and answered all of her questions that she had (which were a lot)She appreciated them being so kind and not treating her like the idiot she felt like :-)
