Couldn't start my 2011 Nissan Sentra the key was worn down, Nissan wanted me to pay to get my car TOWED to the dealership, pay $50 for key and pay another $100 for chip programming! Someone close to me recommended Lytten Locksmith and although I called him bright and early on a Saturday morning Tim came right to me! I got not one but TWO keys for my car AND I less then what was quoted on the phone! I am extremely satisfied with their services, and I will be recommending Tim and his brother to everyone I know.

Took my Chevy impala 2006 to get a key made and program to only get a service theft deterrent system light message that stays on now I'm looking at a hundred and something dollars to get it fixed cheap keys horrible service

They went above and beyond to help me. Had to make a key for my car in the pouring rain during a thunderstorm. When he was finished he only charged me a fraction of what I was quoted. I will ALWAYS do business here and will refer anyone to them. 100 stars in my book.

Fast and friendly service, I locked myself out of my house, made one phone call, and 30 minuets later was setting in my living room. Very pleased.

Lytten arrives on Monday to assess. Takes order and indictaes will return on Tuesday to complete job. Called them Wednesday night to ask when we could expect them to come back out. Was told "I will write down and try to remember but you better call us back tomorrow to make sure we remember" ?? Their website indicates they will "go the extra mile for you".............I beg to differ. Customer service of the worst kind.

This morning I locked my keys in the car with my baby and phone inside. The rangers at Kings Mtn State Park in SC called all the locksmiths close by; they all either didn't answer or said it was too far. They call Lytten explained the situation they said someone would be there within 30 mins. He was there within 20 mins. He was cordial and opened my door so fast and was off so fast I didn't even get his name. He did such a great job and was so nice. I wish everyone conducted business like Lytten.

I used to recommend them to everyone but my last visit changed my opinion because they overcharged me for a key that I needed a copy of. $ 37.50 for one key is ridiculous, I can buy the same ILCO key for $7.00 elsewhere and I will never return to lytten again, the dealership was cheaper than Lytten!

Dealing with Lytten Locksmith was a pleasure. Called at 12:00pm on a Sunday and the locksmith showed up 30 minutes later. Needed to have my car unlocked and the keys to my bar re-keyed. He was in and out within an 1 hour and my car was unlocked and I had 6 new keys. Great job, great service!
