Staff very professional.Dr.took time with me and very nice and direct and professional.Could not ask for any thing better.
Dr. Hutchinson was very competent. The steroid injection invoked a SEVERE adverse reaction in my endocrine system. My Blood Glucose went into the STRATOSPHERE. I knew that was a possibility before I arrived. But this was an order of magnitude worse than my previous shoulder shots. My main issue, was with the flip, arrogant Office Manager, Nicky. She talks all over you like YOU, THE PATIENT, do not matter. From her apparent perspective/opinion, you are an inconvenience and distraction. A mere peon. Do I react well to that? I tend to give back what I receive in these types of business situations. But she was the precipitating party, not me. Facts about MY health care history and things I've learned from my health care professionals (going back thirty years or longer) were of no interest to her whatsoever. Disappointing. Arrogant. Loudmouthed. Unrepentant. And most of all, UNPROFESSIONAL. Please have a pest control firm remove the Spiders from your ceilings. Your hole in the wall strip mall facility looks like a poorly renovated tenement. It does not inspire confidence. Since I could not effectively correspond with the office, this review is official notice of cancellation of any future appointments. I do NOT expect to be billed because I won't show up. You've been informed three times, all by Voice Mail and now via the web and this review. (Get a website, please.) This experience seems to represent the "trash-ification" of the healthcare industry. And we all are poorer for it.
Absolutely professional, they actually listen to you. Best pain doctor experience I've ever had. I love this place
We are blessed to have the doctors and staff at Pedatric Partners in Gastonia see our daughter. We have never had anything but wonderful experiences. After tonight, I have to brag on our visit. I called after 7. It is a Friday night. As soon as I told the receptionist (Melissa) what was wrong with my daughter, she said to bring her in right then. We hardly waited. We saw Dr. Baker. This was our second visit with him, and I just can't say enough wonderful things about this man. He is patient and gentle. The first time we saw him was a week ago when we thought my daughter just had a bad cold but unfortunately, her condition quickly progressed over the last week. He and his amazing nurse (I hate I can't think of her name!) took such excellent care of my princess. When I walked out of the room and was terribly upset while the nurses worked with my daughter, Dr. Baker consoled me and continued to check on me to make sure I was okay. On a late Friday night while they were at work away from their family, they were still able to show such compassion and warmth to me and my daughter. That means more to me than they could possibly know. ...We have also seen Dr. Alexander and Dr. Petree and they are EXCELLENT too! Thank you to everyone at Caramont Pediatric Partners Gastonia!
As far as Drs Gore and Overtone are concerned....they suck. They treat their patients like cattle. They fill up the waiting room with people who all have the same appt time and then expect you to sit there for hours. There primary method used to treat patients are by injections, which is a hit or miss. I have had some relief from the procedure that last several months and some not last more than a few days. Now this is where the problem occurs. They seem to be on the payroll of the company that manufactures LYRICA. At first I was prescribed LYRICA for nerve damage and the burning sensation that comes with it. It worked great. But during these periods in between procedures and the injections wear off and the pain returns, they want to throw more LYRICA at you for pain. It does absolutely nothing for pain. But according to them it cures mumps, measles, sinuitis, ingrown toe nails, and herpes. Baldness...no problem, sprinkle some on your head. Hemorrhoids...just shove a few up your ass...
I am a registered nurse and this is the most unprofessional practice I have ever encountered. The receptionist making the original appointment was not very friendly nor professional she had poor phone etiquette, but I made the appointment anyway. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment which was 4:15pm. I filled out my paperwork and waited. After 30 minutes I went up to the receptionist and inquired about the wait time. She got up and looked in the hall and said there is one patient ahead of you. I sat back down and waited. They called two more patients back. At 5:00pm the entire front staff clocked out and left for the day. Nobody every apologized for the wait nor did they keep us informed about wait times (There were several patients still waiting with me.). At 5:15pm, one hour after my scheduled appointment, I walked-out! As a medical professional, I will never recommend this practice to any of my family, friends or patients.
Doctor Timmons is an excellent Doctor he has done plastic surgery on my face it turned out perfect it was very close to my eye also when I burnt my face he guided me so I had no scars.
Everyone is very gracious and knowledgeable. Feel as though I am getting excellent care with my various skin problems!
Took my son Friday night gave him no meds said give over the counter cough medicine, said to bring him back in a couple days if no better (already told them he has been this way a week. Saturday called back told them I didn't want to wait til Monday he was sick, would not call him any medicine in, was going to make me pay again Saturday to bring him in, the girl had the nerve to say it still may be too early to see if he has more than a cold. Took him to the minute clinic the nurse could not believe they had not given him any medicine, she had to give him an inhaler, steroids and cough medicine. The sad thing is this is not the first time a few years ago we went out of town on vacation took him to the doctor twice in a week before that, all they kept saying was let it "run its course". The first day on vacation had to take him to ER. He had pneumonia. The nurse today said if she was me she would change doctors. He was the same way yesterday as he was this morning. They are ridiculous!!!
