Hoa Phat plays the game of ‘jungle laws Vietnamese Communist’ , they did not delivery the money to the recipient while the Name and the Address was correct in the ID, they said 'because the expiration date in the ID was expired', and also refused to delivery money to the secondary recipient who has 100% valid ID. After numbers of phone calls and 'begging for the money' from my relative to pay for the urgent Medical expenses, they acted like doing the charity to the recipient. This kind of behavior is similar to the 'Jungle Laws of the Vietnamese Communist' and now they are trying to implement in American soil, to the American people, just because they know we need to send money to the love one in Vietnam for emergency!I would find the other companies to send money, good bye to the ‘Vietnamese Communist behavior’ like Hoa Phat!
I use UFCU but do not have an account there. My credit union is located out of state, and UFCU is a "shared branch." I do all my banking at UFCU, although there are many shared branches to choose from. I use the drive-thru, and even if the lines are long, I always get my transactions c…
I completed a home purchase this summer with John's team, the fifth time I have used them over the past 15 years. Always very efficient and fast, with no last minute surprises like with some other I have dealt with (lot purchases etc.). Highly recommend.
This place is a total mess trying to boom with no focus on their foundation. If you are looking into applying for the closer/funder position, make sure you're gay. If you're not gay, you still have a small chance, just hope you don't have small children. Closing manager is extremely discrimantory towards people with small children and who are not gay! This place focuses strictly on mortgage bankers. It pays no attention to what goes on in their operations dept. Very low pay for the amount of work you do, don't intend to have any family time and don't intend to be respected. The closing manager is not very knowledgeable in her department as a whole. No college education and definitely has never had manager training. If you want to work in Sente's closing dept, be prepared to work for an emotional mess of a person. Decisions made off of emotions and not actual performance. Look some where else unless you are absolutely desperate to be overworked, underpaid, and have terrible benefits!
We recently refinance through Austin First Mortgage. Process was not that bad. We did run into some issues, but they were able to fix it without causing much delay. You do need to follow up with them on a regular basic. The bad part was after we closed the mortgage. We were inundated with mails from life and home insurance. Its almost a month and we keep getting 2-3 mails a day. Avoid if you can. There are many more mortgage company that are honest in the way they do their business. AFM- Please stop selling our information. We will be reporting them to BBB as well.
Annie was my loan processor. Who closed my several loans within a year. I have to say annie is the best ever loan processor. I am a real estate agent working with my clients for many different lenders. I understand how complicate the documents is, How other loan processors doing their work. Annie always work with clear logical protocol, can clearly answer questions, explain reasons, share her knowledge, very professional. She like to work extra hour to get the loan in time manners so we have no trouble for closing on time. She also very cooperative to other party as well such as title company, real estate agent. Whenever I have client shopping lender for finance ANNIE'S name always on my top list. Because of her I am stick my finance with Austin First Mortgage. She is extremely good, reliable, responsible, count on person. I have refer all my clients to Austin First Mortgage.
This place was terrible. I am a 1st time home buyer and I wanted to leave this review as it was originally brought to my attention that this company had great reviews and were the best rates in Austin. I worked with Chris Marmolejo, and the initial contact call went great where he informed me that I was able to be approved for my 1st home purchase. However it was all downhill after that, during the call Chris advised he was going to send me some information that explains the process and what to expect. The email never came through, I called him 4 days later and left a voice mail advising I never received the email. Chris never called back or apologized (no big deal) but magically the email came though. After that Chris and his assistant Heather requested all documents to move forward with the mortgage loan I sent the required documents and did not hear back from neither Chris nor Heather until almost 3 weeks later. (They initially told me I would hear something back from them within 48 hours.) When they finally did give me a response it was via my email asking for an update and was told by Heather that all looked good and that was the reason for the silence. Really, that was horrible customer service for me being a 1st time home buyer, I did not know silence meant I was all in the clear to start searching for a home. Aside from that during the wait for an update on approval I contacted Chris and asked for info regarding going with a USDA loan instead of an FHA loan. Chris said he would send me some information on that......another 3 weeks later I still have yet to hear any information about the USDA loan. I finally ended up going with a different mortgage lender and come to find out silence is not what to expect when you are waiting for approval information on your mortgage loan. Don't waste your time if you are a 1st time home buyer or if communication is important to you.
Worst bank ever. Paid off the second mortgage a week in advance of the date. IBC did not release the lien for over a month of the agreed date. Paid extra for the release to be wired to the county. The delay resulted in the loss of a refinance of the primary loan which will now cost us thousands of dollars in extra interest.
I just finished my primary home refinance and new rental property loan both through the Austin First Mortgage. It is an amazing things, which have saved so much money and tons of time for the refinance and new rental property loan at the Austin First Mortgage. I strongly recommend to lots of fields and co-workers to get either refinance or loan with Austin First Mortgage. As far as I know, the first Austin Mortgage provides the lowest interest rate and low closing cost. All the mortgage companies’ rate much higher than the first Austin mortgage company’s rate. Before I decide to choose the Austin First Mortgage, I already got several good faith estimates from different mortgage companies, such as Chase bank, The first American bank, Wells Fargo, American bank and local mortgage companies, including companies in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. Thank you for the Austin First Mortgage at Austin.Frank
Nancy is great! She is very helpful and responsive. She put my needs first and seek best interest for me. I would recommend her to anybody who wants to buy/sell the house and I will definitely choose her again!!
Working with Nancy was amazing. She gets things done in a quick and efficient way. She was very personable and easy to work with. You can tell she has a lot of experience in this field because she handled my situation with ease (which I thought would be difficult).I totally recommend Nancy
