AT&T store in White Oak Shopping Center Garner, NC is full of people that have no idea what they are doing. They just want to take your money. Please explain how I go pay a bill and upgrade my internet and think everything is fine. After getting home and seeing that no payment was applied to my account. I go back the very next day to find out the sales rep applied my payment to someone else's account.... Wait it gets even better. I was then informed I had to pay again and it would take 8-10 days for me to get a credit from the money applied to someone else's account. These people are crazy and don't care they just want your money. I had no option but to pay because I need the service. How is that customer service? I had proof I paid, it's not my fault your rep was not trained to take payments correctly and to force me to pay again while you clear it up. Lets say that I will be looking into getting TWC for my internet services. PLEASE BEWARE OF AT&T STORE WHITE OAK SHOPPING CENTER IN GARNER, NC. I will add that Im not done with the battle to get my money back. I don't like dishonesty companies.
it was time to up grade our phones, I felt it was going to be another aggravating day, listening to a sales person trying to push us in a direction they wanted us to go in. NO! it was not like that at all!We were greeted by a gentleman named Joe at the White Oak ATT in Garner NC. He was very professional, he listened to my our concerns, and he made us feel very comfortable with our decision we made . He did not push us at all, and her was able to answer every questions without hesitation.Joe Is the reason why our family will continue to go to ATT at White Oak.Joe should be recognized for his outstanding customer service and for standing out from the rest!You are awesome Joe!Thank you,Lillian, Michael & Matthew Castro
