My parents shopped at Agri Supply for many years - and now where do I go to find what I need for my garden? Agri Supply! I mostly shop here for garden and outdoor supplies especially in the spring when I am preparing my next garden, but I don’t stop shopping in the spring. Just like my parents did, I can find all kinds of useful and necessary products in one place like cookware, burners, lawn furniture and this awesome firepit we got last year. We don’t need any of the heavy machinery that they sell, but over the years I have turned a flat boring garden into a backyard of raised beds and a cultivation sensation. We have been able to keep the pests out and away without using much chemicals thanks to some of the expert advice we have gotten. They don’t just tell you about the product like a salesperson haggling you into a new car. They explain how to use it cause they have used it. And any time we have ever had a problem, Agri Supply WILL FIX IT. I wish I could give them more stars.

In prep for a country music festival which we're camping at, we ordered the Pop Up Canopy, Green, 6.5 Ft. x 9.87 Ft. for 24.95. Thank goodness my friend tried to put it together prior to the trip - we discovered a pole was missing. We called and after a very difficult conversation, where it seemed the rep had no idea how to do the job, they got back to us to tell us a new canopy would be sent overnight. Well...days later we check in with them to find out the warehouse is a week behind, it can't be sent in time, too bad for us, here's your money back [remains to be seen]

This company messed up, checked with the warehouse, found out they would have to resend the whole thing, not just one simple pole, promised over night since they messed up and it was time sensitive and now ...we have nothing.

Horrible service all around, packing, customer service, delivery...OUTRAGED.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. INCOMPETENT AT ALL LEVELS!
