Worst service ever! You would think they would be professional and courteous to there elders, since more than half of there customers is the elderly. They were so disrespectful! Never going back, the way they treat there customers is very unprofessional.

I have been getting meds here for a while. The pharmacist, Abby, is just awesome. I mean a real dyed in the wool, knowledgeable, pharmacist who does compounding. She is not a CVS/Walgreen's drone who moves pills from the big bottles to the little bottles and calls themselves a pharmacist..... I cannot say enough good things about them!!!!!!!
I've been with this pharmacy for 10 yrs plus, and finally had to move. I called in my prescriptions on several occasions a couple days a head of time, then I get there to pick up my medicine its not even in the system to be filled. The customer service has went down the drain, its like they dont have a clue neither do they care about their customers, I've since transferred all my meds to Kroger and they are doing a wonderful job having my medicine ready in a timely matter... This is a great Pharmacy and a great Pharmacist. My compounded medication was made promptly and delivered to my home at a great price! She also made sure that I understood how to use my cream.Thank you Abby
I am always amazed when I go there. Employees are so helpful. Any time I am reading the signs looking for direction an employee stops and asks if he or she can assist. I tell them what I need and they not only tell me where it is but take me there too. Yesterday I ran in for a quick last minute purchase. An employee was walking with purpose toward the back and I was trying to remember where the colas where because that is an unusual purchase for me and I was in a hurry. He greeted me with a smile and a warm hello. He stopped himself from going any further when I returned the greeting and began reading signs. He asked if he could help I asked where the Coke's where and he said "Aisle Eight." I said "Thanks" and rushed that way. He asked if I would like him to show me where they were as I took off. I laughed and said "No, but thanks." as I hurried off. He judged his customer correctly. Most of the time I would have loved the assistance, but that time, I didn't have time. I really appreciate that the employees seem to be in the moment with their customers. I love this store.
