This company is truly the worst company I've ever dealt with. If you have a home warranty & they assign PML to your claim, ask for another company ASAP! Technician couldn't explain what he was chking or doing. Finally told me a part had to be replaced & had to order it. Had to call PML after 24 hrs with no response. Two days later supervisor calls me & says part would take 10 days to get here but stated my unit was old probably needed to be replaced. Then stated we could do something outside of the warranty company with their finance service. After ducking calls from warranty company & myself i finally get the supervisor who explains they can't come out & put my unit back together so i can go another route to get my unit fixed because they have more important calls on the north side of town. A week of nonsense from your company & I'm not important! Really! PML a/c Inc. You suck!

This company came out through my home warranty company landmark. They were the only company who can offer same day service another company wanted to schedule me a week away ! No way I have 4 children. Christian seemed to troubleshoot quickly through the problem and found some burnt wiring and fixed it right up . thanks guy for the promo service

HAD SOME OUT OF POCKET COST FROM MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND THEY HELPED ME TO WHERE IT WOULD BE AFFORDABLE. THEY INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE AND ITS WORKING GOOD, I WOULD USE THEM PERSONAL OUT SIDE OF THE WARRANTY . THE PERSON WHO WAS IN MY HOME INSTALLING THE NEW UNIT WORKED VERY HARD AND FAST . I DON'T UNDERSTAND THESE REVIEWS. PML'S SERVICE HAS BEEN THE BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN ALL YEAR. MY FURNACE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CALLED MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY AND THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED WITH AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW FURNACE AND AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH UNTIL I GOT A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY WERE CHARGING $500 MORE THAN PML. SO WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THEY ORDERED MY PARTS AND ALSO THREW IN A FREE CONDENSER CLEANING ! CHRISTIAN, THEIR TECHNICIAN WAS SO POLITE AND CLEAN. I AM JUST SO HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE I HAD TO SHARE !!

I'm happy with the service provided to repair my ac system. The technicians arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got the repair accomplished in about an hour. They were also good about discussing issues my system I needed to keep an eye on - - very helpful for my older system that doesn't have a whole lot life remaining. Overall, just a very HAPPY WITH QUALITY WORK

Came out as part of a home warranty. Refused to make repair because they claim the furnace was not up to code (flex pipe entering through furnace instead of having a length of black pipe). Wanted $160 to put in $10 worth of pipe, and tried to retroactively apply year 2000 code on a home built in 1992. I'm out my money and still have no heat - it's been pretty cold.

IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO EVERYTHING TO THEIR CONVENIENCE. THE FIX BROKE AGAIN IN LESS THEN TWELVE HOURS AND THEY COULD NOT COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT. THEY APPARANTLY ONLY USE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS TO DO THE WORK AND THEREFORE THEY CAN'T CONTROL ANYTHING

PML is by far one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a very long time regarding customer service and competence. My home warranty uses them as a contractor and it took the technician being called out twice to correctly diagnose the issue. The 1st time he told me that the outside unit was dirty and charged me $185 to clean it (and of course this wasn't covered by my warranty). This did nothing any my unit still was not working. I had to work with my home warranty company to schedule a return service call since the issue still had not been resolved. Once the technician actually determined what was wrong, the invoice he sent over to my warranty company indicated that the unit did not have any mechanical malfunction (i.e. not covered by my warranty). However, this was not what he explained to me while he was at my home. However, when I had to call them (because they had not called me the next day as promised with a status update), they told me they recommended that the part and/or the entire system be replaced - for a discounted price of $3900! They made a point to reiterate that my home warranty had denied the claim which I later found out was a lie. I asked for a price for repair and they never called me back to give me the estimate. In fact, they contacted my home warranty company to recommend that they not cover the repairs! Who does that? The home warranty representative at PML told me he sent over the correct diagnosis to the home warranty company yet when I called to confirm, I found out this was not the case. I am extremely unappy with the customer service and lack of concern they have with regards to fixing my AC. If I wasn't forced to work with them through my home warranty, I would not allow ANYONE working for this company in my home and I would NEVER use this company again. I cannot understand how they are even still in business. If your work order is routed to them via your home warranty or if you just happen to look them up online, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. You will regret working with them or handing your money over to them.

This company is the worst business I have every dealt with. The only reason I had to deal with this company is due to my home warranty (Total Protect) contracting with them. My AC went out 8/8/15. I placed a call to them the next day, (Sunday) left a message and waited in the 106+ heat for them to return my call. They returned my call Monday evening at 5:42pm. They did not leave a message but they said they did. No message left. I called them again on Tuesday. Finally got someone out on Wednesday. He was in my house a total of 8 minutes. Called home warranty company on Friday for update, was told inside coil needed replacing (covered by warranty) plus and additional $1375 of charges that were not covered. I went ahead and told home warranty to move forward, I wanted my AC fixed. Needless to say it is not 08/20/15 and still no AC. PML not responding to my calls or the home warranty's calls. Second AC company dispatched out. Totally different diagnosis on where the leak was. PML is unreliably, irresponsibly, shady, and horrible. If you have a home warranty and this company is referred to you, demand a different company. This has just been ridiculous!

This company is horrible to deal with. They were engaged by my home warranty company. The compressor is locked up and needs to be replaced. They submitted a pay file to my home warranty company for over $1,200 of uncovered charges for a simple compressor replacement. They have had the parts for 2 days now and refuse to come out and complete the job. Why? Because they are arguing with my home warranty company over what should be covered and non-covered charges. At the end of the day my kids (both under 3) are ill from being dehydrated and tired in a home that is 90+ degrees in their bedrooms.



I wish my home warranty company would give me the option to choose the contractors awarded for particular services because this company is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

The most dishonest and shady company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We had no choice but to use them because of our warranty company. The technician came out and found multiple problems with our 27 year old unit in the home we had just purchased. As we suspected, the entire thing needed to be replaced. This was his recommendation to us and he made a point to explain why repair wasn't a reasonable option and would not fix the issue. However, instead they submitted a service order to our warranty company of all the repairs needed, not replacement costs. It showed it would cost us over $2700 out of pocket to fix the issue- an issue he guaranteed us in person wouldn't hold anyway. Conveniently none of the repair work was covered by warranty as it was all marked up "modification" costs. I called PML multiple times, and each time they confirmed that repair is not recommended, but it needed replacing. I told them our warranty company wouldn't cover it, because they submitted repair work not a recommendation to replace. But, they refused to send them anything in writing saying as such and kept making excuses like "they wouldn't cover it anyway". They consistently tried to convince me I needed to go through them to replace the unit, not use my warranty company. I can only assume it's because they will get more money if they deal directly with us and not use the discount provided to the warranty company. The technician also put that it was a pre-existing condition- another attempt to block warranty coverage. Interesting, because I told him in person the inspection report showed it was working fine and passed all temperature checks. I had to end up faxing the inspection report in so they wouldn't just take his word for it. One of the women I spoke to pretended to be concerned and said she would personally call our claims rep and tell her they recommended replacing the unit, not repairing it. She lied and that never happened. We have gone over 2 weeks now without air conditioning, in over 90 degree temperatures with 3 small children in my house and PML could care less. They are only out for money. Highly recommend using someone else. If your warranty company has dispatched them, ask for them to use another company.
