My mother died on Thanksgiving 2017. Since then I have tried repeatedly to have her oxygen concentrator picked up. I have to pay someone to stay at the house to have it picked up as I do not live in the area. It is now 01/03/2018 and I still have it. I was promised someone would be out yesterday and they weren't. I was then promised someone would be there by noon today. It is 1:32 and no one has come by. I tried calling and the person I spoke with is buys and can't come to the phone. Everytime I have to arrange this it picks a fresh wound I have with my moms passing. Thank you Lincare for rubbing salt in a wound over and over. I would never recommend them to anyone.
On Oct 13th, I went to Athens Sleep Center for a prescription for new BiPap supplies. They sent the prescription to Lincare-Garland. I was told they would bring the unit to me since I am 82 years old and do not do well in Dallas area traffic. when the equipment did not arrive, I went on Nov 11th to Garland office to pick it.up. I wanted a mask like I had been using, it was older and not immediately available. The manager was very courteous and assured me that it was ordered and they would deliver it so i would not have to drive over again. Three times prior to this visit to the manager I have attempted to contact them by phone, none of my calls was returned. I just received a bill for the small copay and see that the mask is on the bill to Medicare and Aetna. Today is Dec 20th - I still do not have the mask.
