BEWARE: Crook! We bought a truck he insisted was good and had a strong engine. "Runs like new, very strong motor" was even in the ad. He wouldn't let us take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and we couldn't find one to come to us. This was our fault and we learned our lesson, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. He insisted over and over that it was a good truck with a strong engine and it was worth more than he was asking. He claimed the only thing wrong was the A/C which we planned for, and he also claimed that he drove it for several months around Texas. On the way home, it stalled on the highway when we slowed down. The mechanic says it needs up to $6,000 worth of work and a possible engine rebuild, also adding that we should kick whoever sold us the truck in the balls. All we wanted was a vehicle to take us from A to B and it couldn't even do that. He called us liars about the truck stalling and refused to take it back or even buy it back and said it's our problem now. Shame on you, Mustafa Makkieh! You add to the bad reputation of used car salesmen. I will make sure everyone knows YOU are the liar.To clarify, he DOES NOT have an A+ from BBB. He's not a member with them but I've reported his fraudulent business.

I went first thing this morning and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I left there with a smile on my face and in complete shock. I have never ever had such a good experience at the DPS office. Good job NW Hwy location. I will be back!!
This can't be the worst service I've received because I didn't receive any service at all! Line was busy at 2 locations. No one answered at 2 other locations @ 10:50 am. One location picked up the line multiple times but kept hanging up!. At least Cedar Hill had a recording that switched me to …
The people are nice but what gets me is my tags cost me 185.00 and when I asked why.....She said they charge for new residents!!!! what? Are you serious? You would think I was an Illegal Alien!!! Texas charges too much to get a couple of these ugly license plates and every car has to have all th…
June 2017 purchased a 2011 Prius from Ron Adkins. I took a chance and flew in to Love Field, took a cab to Garland and inspected the car. Buying long distance ups the risk (risk being the cost of a return airfare and cab ride) but for the right car? In short, Ron represented the car as it was. The buying process was well done and conducted by "Rummy" Malkoff.I arrived at 2:00 and was on my way off the lot at 2:45.The car was cleaned, fueled up, fresh oil, original window sticker, carfax, and plated. Drove 670 miles home with no problem.Good people, doing it right.
great staff! great selection of cars. i would recommend this place to who ever is looking for a reliable car/truck.
Terrance and Greg made my experience buying my truck very easy and they are very knowledgeable about the auto industry."Posted as a service per authority of the business, review written by customer."
Horrible customer service when it comes to the service department. You wait for hours to get an oil change and never get your car washed or vacuumed out when asked. Walmart service center takes better care of their customers.
If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would. Never have I encountered a dealership that held their customer service to such a high standard during and AFTER the sale. I have purchased many cars... more that I would care to admit but honestly I have not have the experience I have at La Silla or been treated as well. They are not pushy when it comes to the sale because truth be told if you don’t buy the car someone else will, business is business and in the “In-House Finance” world you either buy then or you run the high risk of losing the car to someone else. Do make sure you bring cash, no money orders. They post all of their down payments on the window and that is more that most dealers do. Down payments DO NOT change because you a male or a female or because of your race, that is something that cannot be said for all dealership surrounding La Silla. La Silla’s lots are full of the biggest variety of vehicles and all are in better repair that most dealership in the DFW area

This place is the worst place to go to get a used car! The owner and his daughter have the worst customer service skills I have ever had to deal with. I was told by the owner " you don't know nothing about cars and you coming in here trying to tell me what's wrong with my cars." I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it is because I'm a woman I was spoke to in such a disrespectful manner and tone. So simply put if you have 8,000.00 for a run down used up car go some were else. No actually RUN some were else! You can get much better for that amount of money and a hell of a lot better customer service. I am only giving this place 1 star because I have to! This way maybe I can save some one else from the terrible ordeal I had at this place. With this place claiming to be in business 45 years you would think that had customer service down to an art.
My battery died, I dropped the vehicle off to be serviced when it was about closing time @9pm on 9/4/15. I placed bags over the windows and taped them up since I could not roll them up to protect from the rain. I went to pick up my vehicle on 9/11/15 and noticed that my vehicle was broken into while in the care of the service department. My service rep (Liz) had already left so I contacted the the rep directly behind her desk (unknown w/m) he explained to me that since my windows were not able to be rolled up and I dropped it off at night someone probably broke into it that night. Nice try! I came back the next day around 2-3pm to pick up a loaner and everything was still intact when I went to get some property and my insurance out of my vehicle. Then he stated “well we had your vehicle secured in the back”.My vehicle was completely trashed and rummaged through with various property missing. They told me to speak to the service director Malcolm who was not at all helpful. When I asked if he would look into the matter (look at camera footage, investigate who worked on the vehicle and who pulled it into the garage) he was very annoyed. I asked him if they planned on making a police report and he told me that they couldn’t cause my vehicle was no longer there. I informed him that my vehicle does not need to be there and that they could report it to the front desk of the police department but he refused.I then asked would there be any internal report made and he again said no.To me this made it clear that he could care less about finding out who did this, or when it happened. I’m not saying this was an inside job but when you don’t even acknowledge that you will put forth an ounce of effort into helping then it seems suspicious or just horrible customer service. At the very least “Malcolm” could've made a telephone report to the Police so that they are made aware of cars being broken into at their dealership. None of this was his concern. When I realized he didn’t care I asked to speak to someone higher up he stated that he was the head man. That is comforting.....He also refused to give his last name. I hope he is the only Malcolm that works there.I pushed harder to get him to look into the situation and he stated “I’m about tired of talking to you”.Beware of what you leave in your car. If it is broken into they will not care and they will not help.
