My son and daughter love this daycare and their teachers. They are all respectful and sweet unlike other places we have been. Our experience at other daycares has been a nightmare!

Amazing owners, Sharon is warm and knowledgeable, so is her staff. Sharon answered all the questions we had when we toured. The school is clean and my teachers seem very happy. Overall great school

I would have to say Oak Creek is the best school around! The cost is inexpensive compared to other daycares in the area but yet Oak Creek offers more amenities for your child! Most daycares do not offer breakfast, but they do ... and not just cereal... HOT breakfast. The curriculum is wonderfu…

I am also a happy customer to be here. I have been here since they opened and we love it. I am happy for this school. They are really trying to be a great learning center. They potty trained my child in one week. Thanks to his teacher Ms. Smith.

My 2nd grader went there when he was in prek and I didn't have any major issues then but the daycare wasn't very clean and there was a strong odor of gas all the time. I took him back at the beginning of this school year because it is more convenient for me not to mention it's $15 per week less …
Great enviroment where the staff is very attentive and invites parents at any time. My children have excelled in Kindergarten after attending Centerville. Ms. James is a great director to work with. Definately recommend for children to receive a great academic and social foundation for elemen…

Best school ever my two boys love it I would definitely recommend to anyone one of my boys is autistic and they work with him and the head of the school is very nice she cares about every child god bless this school
I've had experience with putting my children in a few different daycare centers, whether due to moving or just because the daycare made me feel uneasy. Each time it is so stressful to have to switch daycares and not know what to expect. When I tried to enroll my 2 year old in Kids Green Acres, h…
Not sure what the previous post was about, but that is completely inaccurate. Both of my kids have gone here, one still does, and love it. My kids have been very attached to their teachers because of the interaction and love that is shown to them. Yes, there are high school kids that are in the …
This is a great child care center. Teachers are very good and kids are treated well. I love the facility. I highly recommend it.
If you send your child to Quality Based Learning Center make sure that you put them with Ms. Alma or the other ladies. My 3 yr old grandson walked in fully potty trained and able to identify letters, numbers, shapes and some colors. The owner claimed he was never potty trained and he wet his clothes every evening. I discovered that she was restraining him in a high chair and he would pee in it.I asked why she put a 3 yr old in a high chair she stated he spills food. My grandson got impetigo and I asked the owner if any of the other kids had it. She became very defensive.I ended up writing a letter stating that I was only inquiring about how he got impetigo and not that the daycare was dirty. The owner told me he needs to be checked to see if he has autism because his morning teacher said he did not sit down. She also asked if she can put him into a chair restraint so he can do his work. What the owner did not realize was that the morning teacher and I have had frequent conversations and she has never told me that he was running around. We discussed what he was working on for the week and he would bring her work that he did at home to mimic the work in her class.I called his pediatrician about the claim of autism. (he had gotten his wellness check 1 week earlier). The Pediatrician advised that he has no signs of any disabilities but he can send him to get a second opinion. The Pediatrician was more concerned about the owner asking if she can put him in a special seat, and why she stated he was not potty trained. He then advised that I look into that and get back to him as to why. In the end we are moving our grandson to another daycare because I feel that the owner is embarrassed that we work with our grandson to make sure he is learning on his level or above. And the fact that one of her teachers is excellent with the kids and their social development and not herself. I believe that if we did not stick to the claim of autism she would find another label
RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! My 4yr old son has been pushed off a ramp in the playground and slammed into a metal piece of a chair by the same class member who has yet to have any disciplinary action towards him. The director states this is not aggressive behavior and there is no need for punishment. When I asked her to take more action and or attention to this matter she became defensive and told me to withdrawal my son. She told me this in a hallway with many passerby parents. Since when do the victims get kicked out? I luckily recorded two of his teachers stating that "they don't know what else to do with this bully." They are told by the director that this is normal and they "feel bad about it". The parent of this child (is a certified teacher) and told me that he feels there a lack of structure for discipline here and feels that the leader is not a good leader for this age group. Being pushed off a ramp and slammed into a metal piece is beyond "bumps and bruises."
First of all, I would like to express my concerns for the children in this facility. My daughter has been going to Small Miracles since the end of August. Since then I noticed behavioral changes, such as; talking back, pointing fingers, hitting and spitting. She was fully potty trained before beginning at Small Miracles and now she seems to have frequent accidents both day and night. The conditions of the facility are questionable as well, the ceiling tiles have mold stains, vents filled with dust, broken playground equipment and the bathrooms have cockroaches. Instead of nutritious snacks they give the kids sugary snacks. I would ask my daughter what she learned and all she mentions is playing or watching TV. When I brought my daughter home and gave her a bath, I noticed redness on her bottom. When I asked who did that she said her teacher because she(my daughter) was hitting. My daughter also stated she has multiple time outs, and slaps on hand. My daughter has had multiple unexplained injuries and no incident report or explanations, including a head injury.
Doing it right. My daughter and son go here. We have been with them for 2 years now. Love that it is a Christian environment. They pray, have chapel, and bible lessons for the kids. We are not a religious family but being here has helped us grow in this area. We are thankful to Prince of Peace.
I totally agree with you BaylorLove...it is a total front.
My 2nd grader went there when he was in prek and I didn't have any major issues then but the daycare wasn't very clean and there was a strong odor of gas all the time. I took him back at the beginning of this school year because it is more convenient for me not to mention it's $15 per week less than all the other local daycares but that only lasted a couple of weeks. The first concern I had was the lack of attention to people walking in. The door is open at all times and no one is ever attending the front desk. They have the children doing all of the cleaning and I don't mean just putting toys away. These kids are sweeping and mopping! There was no air conditioning but they did have a big metal fan in the hall way, not the safest thing in the world. My son complained about the water tasting funny and he told me that for the afternoon snack the cut a freezepop in half for them and I realized then why it is so much cheaper than the other places. The final straw for me was when I came to pick up my son a little early and no one even knew I was there, I walked up on one of the workers slapping a little boy in the head telling him to sit down. The child was in his underwear and was no more than 18 months old. She realized I had seen her and another worker witnessed it and didn't say a word. I was so disturbed by this that I barely slept that night. On several occasions I've heard the children being yelled at and they have no problem using profanity to get their point across. I reported it to the lady that runs the place and she said she's have a talk with her. I don't know what the outcome was because I immediately removed my son from the facility. It's not worth risking my sons safety to save a few bucks. Your kid deserves better than this place. I'm seriously thinking about calling CPS.
Very professional and solid. After visiting several of the surrounding centers, I told my husband that I was just going to keep our kids at home with grandma and pay her. They were honestly scary. Prince of Peace Christian Academy was the last stop on my list and I’m so happy I checked them out. The difference between night and day. It was clear that they loved all the children that are in their center and cared for them. My two kids attend there now and I couldn’t be happier.
Great enviroment where the staff is very attentive and invites parents at any time. My children have excelled in Kindergarten after attending Centerville. Ms. James is a great director to work with. Definately recommend for children to receive a great academic and social foundation for elementary school.
