This business is horrible!!! The people were rude, not very informative, and I still think I got screwed over. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE!!!

My service visit (first one ever) at Rusty Wallis was terrific. Evan Steele was really helpful in explaining the issues with my W-8 and how to deal with them. Evan and his team made every attempt to resolve the problem in a conservative manner. This lays a good foundation for trust.
Best place I've ever had with buying a used car. They are honest and are willing too work with you so you are satisfied and leaving with a great car. I have had repairs done to my car there and they are excellent in their work, fast, and have great prices lower than an auto repair shop. Owner an…

Massey Cadillac has always taken excellent care of our 1988 Cadillac Sedan Deville, thanks to our Service Consultant "Michael Davis", that we bought a 2013 SRX from of the best Sales Consultant "Brian Hershman" we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. So with a combination like that we have a…
I admit when I first started dealing with Texas State Motors to say i was less than pleased didn't even begin to describe it!!! I needed a car and wanted to walk away with it ASAP and for someone feeling like every turn they make they cant catch a break I felt like they weren't trying to help me…
I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service I received from Mr. Duncan. I had been quoted a complete A/C system replacement by another shop with a ridiculous price. I found Duncan's information on yp search of mechanics in my area. He charged the system with freon, very resonably price…
22. Five Star Motors
My go-to dealership for cheap quality cars! I've referred many family members and friends to him and they've all been very happy with their purchases. Never had an experience like the customer "2sweets", but if you are going to a used-car dealership and are buying an older used car, you have to …
26. McClure Motors
I was introduced to McClure Motors and I have not had a problem. I would have car trouble as it happens and they towed my car in for me, and I just paid for the repairs, not the car note and nothing was said. Mr. McClure is like any other older being, you have to intercept and pray about it, I h…
it was good and fast no issues they helped me really good and i will recomend people to go there good enviorment
This dealer lied to me took my $3000 and the car stopped running two weeks later. Hung up on me and was very rude. They are selling vehicles with Salvage Titles and not informing customers the cars are not insurable.
Never go here. Dealership is a scam. Cars are over priced and no good. Go else where. All cars are junk.
BEWARE: Crook! We bought a truck he insisted was good and had a strong engine. "Runs like new, very strong motor" was even in the ad. He wouldn't let us take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and we couldn't find one to come to us. This was our fault and we learned our lesson, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else. He insisted over and over that it was a good truck with a strong engine and it was worth more than he was asking. He claimed the only thing wrong was the A/C which we planned for, and he also claimed that he drove it for several months around Texas. On the way home, it stalled on the highway when we slowed down. The mechanic says it needs up to $6,000 worth of work and a possible engine rebuild, also adding that we should kick whoever sold us the truck in the balls. All we wanted was a vehicle to take us from A to B and it couldn't even do that. He called us liars about the truck stalling and refused to take it back or even buy it back and said it's our problem now. Shame on you, Mustafa Makkieh! You add to the bad reputation of used car salesmen. I will make sure everyone knows YOU are the liar.To clarify, he DOES NOT have an A+ from BBB. He's not a member with them but I've reported his fraudulent business.
June 2017 purchased a 2011 Prius from Ron Adkins. I took a chance and flew in to Love Field, took a cab to Garland and inspected the car. Buying long distance ups the risk (risk being the cost of a return airfare and cab ride) but for the right car? In short, Ron represented the car as it was. The buying process was well done and conducted by "Rummy" Malkoff.I arrived at 2:00 and was on my way off the lot at 2:45.The car was cleaned, fueled up, fresh oil, original window sticker, carfax, and plated. Drove 670 miles home with no problem.Good people, doing it right.
Worst dealership ever! I live in another state went down there to get my car trade in. At the beginning there was no problem with the car (I think they use the machine to clear all of the error codes). They promise to take care of us. Now when I take the car home, whole bunch of problems start to show up. My car can't even accelerate even when the pedal to the floor (engine coil misfiring), 02 sensor broken, AC doesn't blow cold anymore, bluetooth system is screwed, error in seat belt/airbag lights and whole bunch of warning lights come on that I can't even list them all! This guy Miguel, say at the beginning that they would take care of everything. Now I can't even call or find him. Customer Service front desk or the Manager doesn't know anything at all, getting the "run around," they hang up, call back goes to voicemail and then just placed me on hold ALL THE TIME! I called so many time that I'm sick and tired of being on the phone. They think that they can play the game on me when I live in another state? Wait until you see the bills from my mechanic. Your dealership are definitely getting sue, I'm getting an attorney for this ridiculous fraud. I can guarantee it.
Very friendly nice vehicles.
Responded quickly, but so far I still haven`t purchased anything, so i can`t give an actual review, but they like i said they contacted me fairly quickly at least, so that`s fine.
Way above par in terms of inventory and right pricing with post-sale support and total caring team! Good Job!
