BEWARE:Took my phone in to hace the screen repaired for 100$ so i coukd get my phone upgraded. Long story short i went to trade my phone and the usbn number was not the same as the ohone i originally had. My previous phone had battery problems and wouldnt hold a charge for longer than 15 minutes and when i got my phone back it had absolutely no issues whatsoever. This is extremely upsetting. They swapped my phone and everything on it. I will be taking legal action. This is not okay.
Terrible. Extremely unprofessional. Complete lack of attention to any kind of detail. No regard for customer service.Shipping information and cost on website was wrong, they said they know but refused to honour the price after I booked. Charged credit card despite product being sent back. I sent several e-mails and called 3 times from Europe to find out how to check usage, never provided the information.Contract indicated the rental would end on the date the product was picked up to be returned by UPS. After I shipped the device back, they charged my credit card, and continued to send harassing e-mails for a week, despite me calling them to confirm it was sent back. They respond to customer service e-mails after several days (or weeks) with 3 word incomplete one line answers.Do yourself a favour and skip the headache, take your business elsewhere.
By far, the best service I have ever received from a T-Mobile location. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
Really really bad service
I would not recomment this store to anyone. They are Prime Mobil and do not abide by AT&T's return policy of 14 days. Instead they print everything you purchase on a reciept exempting it from return after 3 days. I don't live in the area and could not get back there in 3 days. A legitimate AT&T company store would not take the return because I purchased at this Prime Mobil/ AT&T authourized store. They did however assure me that all retail stores had to abide by the 14 day return policy. Wrong, they refused to take the return. Also if you take something back they charge you a huge restocking fee. GO TO ONLY AT&T STORES, NOT FRANCHISES LIKE PRIME MOBIL IN GARLAND. BUYER BEWARE.
Alice R. must work at the store. I recently had my screen replaced by Cell Phone USA and less than a month later the screen cracked from a very short fall. A fall, that I might add, my old and original screen had survived hundreds of times. I called them to see if maybe they have had defective screens and if they would replace my screen that was clearly not up to OEM standards. She would not replace the defective screen. When I asked if they would repair it for a lower cost than the $100.00 they charged me the first time, she said yes. The price she offered was $85.00. Not going to happen. I am not going to pay an additional $85.00 to a company that is clearly not using OEM parts as they claim. When OEM screens break they still function. This screen does not function. They are a terrible store and I agree that they need to, and will, go out of business. When you treat your costumers this way it is bound to happen. Horrible store and horrible costumer service. This is not China. You can't screw people like that over here and get away with it. I would say call me, but my phone is broken. If there were an option for zero stars I would give that rating instead.
Great customer service...Went to fix the phone and they did the job really quick..I didn't had to wait for long...Cheap customer only have problems with their phone...They fix the phone break again and yell at the retailer...That is the worst people i have seen...For me, I would say they did a really good job and i would recommend everyone to go in there...:)
These people need to be shut down .i took my phone to get the screen fix .when I got home my phone was overheated and the screen was not responding to my touch.went back and accuse me of dropping it or that my motherboard was already broken from before.this people are thieves and the lady is nice but don't fall for that.plus bad customer service
I took my phone in to get the screen fixed, which they did. Then the next day, my screen started glitching and I had two displays on my phone. Now I can hardly see the display, I'm not able to text, take pictures, or use any of the apps. When I went to see if they would fix it, they told me I would have to pay to have that done. Essentially I paid them to break my phone, and I wouldn't recommend anyone using them. They're terrible. They refused to help me at all, and told me my phone "must have gotten bumped wrong in my purse". I've had an iphone for years and have never heard of an iphone breaking due to being "bumped wrong". These people are scammers and will take as much from you as they can, while being rude, condescending, and unhelpful along the way.
