There is no store Front in Garland, When you search on Google the number 972 474 7894 is associated with this Business. Texted me back, set up appointment, made repaired, the first day when used filled the house with smoke. texted he said it was just lint burning off. two days later the machine went back down with the same error code. Then he would no longer respond to text or to calls and now it is disconnected.

After researching this business, I am appalled to discover that the Yellow Pages would even allow a Predator such as this to even advertise. And I can assure you that this matter will be reported to the Better Business Bureau !

our resturant freezer stoped working and we had thousand dollars worth of food about to spoil ! So we called this store and scheduled a service call and their techs arrived quickly , since they had to order a special part they loaned us a freezer until the next morning when they arrived part in hand and finnished repairs in hours !!! thankyou Sara you are a life saver

Buyer beware. Do not use this place. The parts are used and not guaranteed. Customer service is very rude and each person gives you a different price for the part you need. This company has no business being in business. Will be filing a complaint . I have a hand written quote that they backed out on. I give them a 0/10. Pay the extra money to get a more quality item from a name brand company. The technician is very untrustworthy, Dont think you havent been warned. This was very frustrating.

I contacted this company to repair my washer in march 2015. They repaired it an offered a warranty for 12 months. My washer needed another repair august 2015, it was difficult to contact them on the phone an to get them to come back they did eventually an did a poor job on the repair. My washer went down again in September 2015. Now they can't find me in the system. They stop taking my phone calls I had my washer repaired by someone else. I can't locate corporate information or anything via BBB. Please be aware if you use this company. They did not take care of this customer at all.

Do NOT purchase parts from here if you need them in a timely manner. Ordered parts for our dryer Wednesday morning by phone & was told it would be here Friday. Received a call later that Wednesday and the part still hadn't been ordered. So concerned, my husband drove to the business to ensure the right part was being ordered. Because of the delay in ordering when I called Wednesday morning, we were now told the part wouldn't be here until Monday. Called Monday to find out if the part was in and the lady said let me check and call you back. After not hearing back, called again to inquire if the part had been received. After being placed on a lengthy hold, I was told they didn't have the part and I should call back tomorrow. Unhappy with that answer, I asked to speak to the manager. Instead of speaking with the manager or owner, I was hung up on. When I called back and asked to speak to the owner, he didn't want to hear my complaint. Instead, he told me he didn't want my business, order it the part from somewhere else and he'll refund my money. I work hard for my money and if I can't be treated with decency, I'm more than happy to spend my money elsewhere and spread the word that you should too. After speaking to the owner, I looked up this business on the better business Bureau and discovered they have an F business rating. After my experience, I understood why. I wished I would have checked before and not after, could have saved myself a lot of trouble.
