Horrible pharmacy. Constant issues with a particular pharmacist, Rohal Shah R.PH PIC. Very negative attitude and extremely dismissive about my issues as a client.

I was taking Sprintec, and was converted to a lower dose birth control after asking my doctor about it. As it turns out, this lower dose is more than I could afford per pack. So naturally I wanted to be placed back on my usual prescription of Sprintec. I figured it wouldn't be any trouble. Wrong!

He missed the call to talk with my doctor (purposefully?) when she called, and didn't bother speaking to her when she called me on my phone. I understand you're not allowed to take calls on a clients phone, but if it's just a phone confirmation what's the difference? Instead of giving me a time frame of when this will be taken care of, or AT LEAST calling my doctors office back immediately on their phone, they simply closed for lunch. CLOSED. Wow! How thoughtful for the customer! A person who may have a limited time to visit your dirty stupid pharmacy, is now held in purgatory waiting for your holiness to do some actual work. A simple phone call.

Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy.

Overall

I travel this country and have used Walmart for my medications for years. The Walmart in Garfield is terrible!! Pharmacy workers are rude, refuse to listen to customers, and are choosy as to what meds they will fill! Female pharmacist insisted she had to call my dr to change my inhaler to a generic inhaler!! Hey...there are no generic inhalers. One new medication i was given she would not order for me. Oh Really?? She also told me that my meds were too expensive........! That is the last time i will walk into that disaster of a store...and will let everyone know how they do not meet the needs of their customers!!!
