I have been looking for someone who could help my company to be listed in all search engines most specially google when I got a call from Mr. Alex Delancey of Loyal 9 Marketing offering their services. At first I was hesitant, however, since I have been looking for someone to help me, I decided to accept his offer. He then assigned me to their account manager, Ms. Kimberly Dorman. Ms. Dorman and her associates, Justin, Steve and the other one whose name I could not remember, are all professionals in their work ethics. They were able to build my website (which was also one of the projects I asked Ms. Dorman to do for me), in so short a time and so beautifully done that I would really recommend them without reservations to anyone who would need their services. Thank you Ms. Dorman. You are a gem. I would say my overall experience with Loyal 9 is of 5 out of 5 in their expertise and professionalism.

Ok two things. First of all I wasn't impressed with the portfolio in the least. with all the heavy marketing talk I expected more glass than a texted based boxed format site for your customers. My daughter's have both done more deliberate sites in school with wix. If you'd like my business you'd really have to step up the quality. Secondly, I have received 20 promotional emails in the last week from your company most duplicates with the same urgent almost demanding messages putting down clients for not taking advantage of your services. Businesses are not doomed for not partnering with a marketing company that's very bad business tactics. Your video example in one leads to a picture of the video you can't even watch with and simply a link to book an appointment. This is the definition of a bad review as you've not benefited my company in any way and spammed my inbox while I'm discussing business with your company.
What a joke company
You sign up for monthly service, then they keep selling you useless things.
They keep the positive feedback and delete the negative ones, they showed me how they do it, and wanted to sell it me too, that's why they have all 5 stars reviews.

Thank you for your feedback. It is NOT possible to delete ANY negative reviews online. We would not want to either. Bad or good feedback is always great for your company. You misunderstood the point of the Review Widget. It captures ALL reviews left about your business under one product, & then YOU have the OPTION of approving or denying the review to show up on your widget that would appear on your website. Let us know if you need further clarification. We are always willing to do screen shared meetings to help you understand better. Again, thanks for your feedback, we have ensured we are describing the widget clearly, as this could be a misunderstanding not just for yourself but for other clients as well.
Buyer beware! This company will do everything in their power to prevent you from cancelling. Then once you finally do cancel, they will proceed to charge you for another month regardless. Then, they'll refuse to give you a refund, they will make it virtually impossible to communicate with their customer service department and their billing department, and they will refuse to reimburse you for overdraft fees on your bank account. IT'S A SCAM! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

They were extremely helpful in getting my business up and running with positive people who were able to answer all my electronic advertisement questions. I made it to the top of searches in little time. Now we get calls all the time.

It is extremely rare to hear a marketing company talk straight forward to you. Loyal 9 has just done that. The pricing was slightly better than other quotes I was getting, but the directness of the sales rep., the information provided by the account manager, & the knowledge behind the Support Team is what really boost my confidence & inevitably lead to me becoming a customer.
