10.27,2017- I was advised by AT&T technical support after troubleshooting my Iphone (no service all day), without any success, to go to an AT&T store to get a new Sim Card. Simple, right? I drove 30 mintues, waited for over 25 minutes (at 7pm) and then was told that they do not have any Sim Cards. Nothing else they can do...No other help was given by any of the 3 AT&T employees there. Goodbye. You are on your own. Maybe try Fitchburg. Horrible service. I was so upset. Paying 4 lines- family plan with AT&T for over 18 years. I am looking for a new carrier right now. NO more AT&T!!
