Went in the shop, not familiar with Giant bicycles? Had a look around ,and quickly found a bike in which not only looked awesome, but with good components and a nice price tag. After examining the bike I really wasn't fond of the giant brand tires, and asked if they had maxis tires that could be swapped out instead? Without hesitation, the owner surprisingly said he could do that for me, as he quickly opened a new bicycle and gave me the maxis tires from that model!! He mounted them on ,and inspected and tuned the bike going over all the maintenance steps and take down features.. Very good customer service and very friendly. He also fitted me with the proper size frame and threw in a couple components for the bike, and with a years free maintenance, and lifetime frame warranty and 1 year parts warranty,I felt satisfied with my purchase. Overall great service and friendly people, and local convenience, they will have more of my business in the future!!!
I came here to pick up a few tires to convert my Hardtail Mtn bike to a somewhat useable road bike. The small, seemingly crowded appearance of the outside gave me a few initial reservations.
Upon entering the shop, it was what I expected a bike shop to look like. Plenty of stock of just about any kind of bike style you could want. I was promptly greeted and tended to by a very friendly, and knowledgeable woman. She explained in great detail everything from tread patterns, to tire width, road resistance..etc. I was really blown away with all the knowledge and information that was being given to me.
Bottom line- I went in there looking for new tires. I left with not only new tires, and at a great price I might add. Thanks to the detailed instruction and knowledge, I felt very confident that I actually got not only what I wanted, but what I needed as well. Not very often you have a "descent" sales expierence these days. This was above and beyond. I will be returning here for all my future cycling needs.
