This is a wonderful place to worship with solid Biblical teaching, and there are several ministries to get involved in.
I see and appreciate that members are *always* willing to help (if you need a ride, shelter, food, etc...I've even seen members donate blood to other members when it was needed).
To God be the glory.

I couldn't give a 0,so I gave a 1.After being a long time member, around age 14,I told the church my mom had cancer and was dying, out of work, etc. The church volunteered to help.I told my mom and she and I went to the church to accept the offer. We went across street to lil old church bldg and went into a room with supplies and food,we scored some expired beets,3 cans of government pork, and old rye bread.
Some years later,my wife was working at the waffle house in gdale and told me that the preacher from this 'church' regularly went there and demanded that he didn't pay tax on his meals and he never left a tip. After much thought and seeing what little the church does to help people, they bring in millions a year and spend about 200k on missions and outreach,I'm sure most of the money goes towards their tax free meals,I exposed their financials and they took that info down from their site.Truly a great example of the plague that the mega churches are.My advice, turn to satanism and steer clear of being involved with such a genocidal institution as christianity. They only ostracize people and spread lies.

I know of two married women having affairs that church staff knew about and ignored. One of those women works for the church. In both cases, the husbands brought it to the attention of church staff. In one case, the SS teacher said point blank he wasn't getting involved and claimed not to know (though he ""put his foot in his mouth"" to the husband about knowing.) The other situation ended in divorce and the senior pastor told the husband he had a skewed opinion of the situation because of his divorce. His ex-wife continues to work for the church, even though she had an affair which church staff knew about that ultimately ruined the marriage. They turned a blind eye and wouldn't deal with the situations that were brought to their attention. What kind of example does that set? I will never set foot in that church again!
