None helpful, ungrateful liars. I went in to buy a new phone for my second line and I'm told that my payment plan wasn't for 24 months but 30 but when I signed the contract it said 24 months the bill before last that I received said it was payment 24 of 24. So after I actually had it paid off they sneakily added 6 more months of payments and so to get the new phone that I was going to buy mind you that I would either have to pay those 6 months off or erase the Iphone ID off the phone which I don't know the password for or the passcode they setup and didn't tell me what it was to change it it so I could use it for trade for the 6 months payments the downpayment on the phone which I figured on anyways and don't mind and oh but wait I'll also have to pay $30 upgrade fee on my next bill. Huh? What? an upgrade fee for what? why? I'm buying the phone I'm not upgrading so why am I paying and upgrade fee? Their answer oh everyone just has too. Excuse me? So it's an extra 6 months payments on a phone I have done paid off/trade in of such a phone just to cover the 6 added payments after paying it off after 24 months of payments, a down payment, a fake fee for something I'm not doing, and 30 months of payments? Again if not clear basically a $200 phone to cover a fraudulent $33 worth of payments or $33 worth of fraudulent payments plus lets say $27 down payment plus a $30 dollar fake fee for something that you're not doing plus lets say $10 a month for 30 months. so its either $587 or $390 for a $250 phone!!! What the?
