Founded in 1950 by Richard Reback, Reback's has grown to be an industry icon known throughout the decorative plumbing industry. When Richard passed away in 1993, his son Robert took control of the company and expanded the parts department and showroom while creating a wholesale division. The sales staff consists of many experienced individuals who are ready to serve you and your project. We are continually getting trained on the ever increasing product lines in our showroom.         Old Fashioned Store

        Clerks are knowledgeable. Stock is comprehensive (faucets, tubs, pipe fittings, tools, exhaust fans, etc.). Location is central to South Bay. Parking is readily available. Has many plumber contacts. Serves both amateur home improvers and professional plumbers. If you don't know how or what you are doing, talk to them to get ideas and instruction.

        Wasted My Time

        I called Reback's on the phone for a kitchen faucet part. I waited over 5 minutes, got tired and hung up. I faxed them and never got a reply. I got my part elsewhere.

        Totally Unresponsive

        These people keep the phone off the hook during all the time they are open. Because of this, I had to drive there, where they a) infomed me of this policy and b) did not have my part. A huge waste of time, money, and hydrocarbons. Stay away!
