Copons No Good?

I give Jack in the Box on 13510 S. Western Ave. Gardena, Ca 90249 a BIG THUMBS DOWN! My company Independent Ink Inc. received coupons for buy one get one FREE. It also stated that: Feel free to PHOTOCOPY and distribute these great offers to your employees. I did just that, and once it was time for my lunch I go there and the gentlemen tells me that he CANNOT honor my coupon. I told if him if I brought him proof that I could make copies, would they then honor it. Got the proof mind you this is taking time out my lunch hour. When I show him the original copy he tells me that the Manager said that their not participating and will not honor the coupons. We received these coupons today 3/11/08 here at my company. All employees were excited. I was given the wrong number to the Coorporated office and now when I called the restaurant for the fourth time the phone just rang and then I was placed on hold for 20min. Then I called back for the fifth time and now the phone is busy. I am very disappointed how my situation was handled, it was not very professional at all, and will no longer partronage the Gardena Jack In The Box. It clearly states in black & white that the this paticular store was, and would honor coupons, and stated that making photocopies was okay.
