I love Enterprise! In all of the years I've been a customer I have only had one not so great experience. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. They provide a great service and excellent customer service as well.

They are refusing to return my property which was left inside one of their rental trucks.
I give a one star because you can't give it a BIG FAT ZERO. I reserved a car on Fri. and was to be picked up at 4:30 P.M. I was told later that my call went to call center. The man on the phone asked how I was paying for the car. I said debit. He then told me I had to have two personal references and a copy of a current utility bill. Thought It was strange but said ok. At 4:35 I called to make sure they were on their way. The man at the office (the mgr.) asked how I was paying for the rental. I said I could pay cash and he said only debit or credit. I said debit. He now told me I needed a current pay stub as well. Had I gotten there and they wouldn't of rented it I would of been mad. The manager then said it would be at least 45 min to and hour before they could pick me up and now being 4:40pm I was very mad. I explained I had two young kids coming in at the airport and needed to be there. That didn't seem to be his problem. I told him to come anyways and I would keep looking for another way to get there and I hung up. Not finding anything else that late I called and asked if they were on the way yet. He told me that I hung up and he didn't get my address, but he never tried to call back and ask it. I had already given my address the first time I called and he claimed it wasn't on the rental agreement. I gave him my address again and said to hurry. Meanwhile I made a few more calls and figured out a way to get to the airport without their help. Never have I been treated like this Enterprise before, but I will strongly say: DON'T RENT FROM THEM unless you have time for the false promises. I called him back at 4:55pm and said cancel my reservation.
