Ear Surgery
The goal of ear surgery is to create a proportionate relationship between the ears for their balance with the face and head, essentially restoring harmony and symmetry between both ears. One of the most common techniques for ear surgery involves a small incision created in the back of the ear. Cartilage is sculpted and then bent back toward the head. Non-removable stitches can be placed so that the ears retain the new shape.

Olga received her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Health Services Administration from the New York City College of Technology before continuing on to complete an MA in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) at New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury. Throughout her career she has gained clinical experience in a variety of fields including general surgery, bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, surgical oncology, and gynecologic oncology.
Chin Augmentation
The aesthetic effects of a recessed chin or a prominent nose can be corrected and put into better balance with chin implants (chin augmentation). Implants made of silicone elastomer are placed through an incision made underneath the chin or inside the mouth. The implant is positioned in front of the jawbone, and can ultimately give the entire face an improved facial contour. Chin implant surgery is often performed on an outpatient basis and completed in about an hour or less.
Forehead Lift
A pretrichial forehead lift may be indicated for patients with high foreheads or high hairlines who wish to reduce the height of their forehead. As opposed to the coronal brow lift or the endoscopic brow lift, the pretrichial brow lift incision is made approximately 2mm behind the hairline.
