If I could leave no stars I would. In my entire 4 year lease, this last year and a half have been the worse! This last year seems like they did a complete staffing overhaul with nothing but new RUDE reps. They do NOT listen to your questions before cutti g you off or just completely ignore you and ask about a payment. I've called FOUR times in the past two days trying to make the last 2 payments of my lease; when they give me the amount the reps can NOT explain the jump in price. When I ask and they become confused, they get rude, tell and threaten to hang up on you. Don't dare ask for a supervisor, leave a voice mail, you may get a call back in 48 business hours ia what i was told. . . REALLY?!?!? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES.

This is an horrible place. First they make you feel like they trying to help you but in all reality they're not. I was told I could lease for a year then trade in for a new vehicle that's a lie! Then I was told my car was 14k but when I looked at my lease on the actual website it says 24k can you say rip off! Then I leased my car in September I was told that major repairs were free. Well it was an issue with my 2015 Chrysler 200. Service electric throttle. My car was running hot as soon as I started to drive it. It ended up costing me 225$ I just got this car, why am I already paying for repairs??? Then our family lost one of our sources of income. So I'm currently struggling to pay my note. At times it maybe a few weeks late the most, but never months. I got a call this morning from a rep it was a woman at that. I just got off work at 3am got home at 4am it's 9am I answered it. She sipped talked me for one then, asked me what for of payment will I be using today??? Uh first off don't slick talk me. Then she goes on to say that whenever I'm late and then pay my rent, it goes towards late fees not my actual car note! Are you freaking serious, so if I'm two days late then I'm screwed. Then when I agreed to everything she said she started getting smart and sarcastic with me. My husband has cancer, high b/p, he needs a kidney . We lost our other source of income. So everything falls on me. We have 7 kids range from 15-4 with a set of triplets . I have no government assistance no help I max out of government benifits because they say I make too much before taxes. But every time I'm late I explain this to them they don't wanna hear it. I was told that I would be pentalized if I trade the car in, but at the signing of my lease I was told that I wouldn't be.

This is HORRIBLE company. I set up a payment arrangement and have not missed any payments however my car is still disabled, because they said I'm not paying enough, and I'm never 30 days late. and they have disabled my vehicle for $10. I'm calling the BBB. Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Also the supervisors that work here are rude, they talk down to people, and not professional. I've spoke with a Chris, Tyler, and Sean. I've asked several times for everyone's last name, and no one is able to provide that information to me. I've also asked for employee ID's and no one has provided that to me either. I'm making a formal complaint as well.

My story is the same.... This is terrible... they don't stick with the payment plan. Turn your car on then turn it back off.... Terrible company... We should all report them to the BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up for yp just to give a review. I have had my vehicle since March of 2015, when I was dealing with Tim, my dealer ... He informed me that I can pay according to the way that I receive my paychecks .... Wrong!!!! I received a call one week after getting my vehicle informing me that I was over 7 days late on my next payment and I will have to pay a late fee. I had been on time from then on. I went off on disability for a couple of weeks, called Brite Financial, spoke with Sean who told me that I can set up an arrangement and pay what I can .... Once again, wrong!!!! I woke up the next morning, my vehicle was disabled. I have paid over and above what my note is up to 600.00 and they have still disabled my vehicle. Recently, I looked at my credit report, and it shows on both transunion and experian that my car loan was for 20,000.00, my lease papers says 12,000.00 ... Do not lease from them. I'm trying to find a way to get out of this scam!!!

Since they've had the ability to turn the car off for missing a payment, which is great for the company to insure you pay, the car won't start properly anymore. I've had to have the ignition key module repaired yet the problem continues. After being in my lease for 3 years with 1 to go, I asked how much to pay out, and they told me over $10,000!!! How the hell is my payoff on my $15,000 loan still $10,000... I also asked if I could get a different vehicle before the lease was up and basically was laughed at. So now I'm stuck with a car that only starts when it wants to. I was on auto pay, paying $300 per week when my note was $115 per week, for 4 months. How is my payoff still so high?? I just don't get it..

Paid of my Truck very early bought out the lease and paid the residual. Trying to get a payoff note showing the vehicle paid in full and that all taxes where paid. Had to speak with someone name Tyler he would never return phone calls. Biggest rip off that I have found stay away from Carite and Brite Financial Services.

This company is a joke! Car has broke down 4 times. Leaving us stranded, having to get it towed. Have not missed nor been late on any payments. Asked to get out of the lease a month early and into a vehicle safer for my and was told in short to go to hell. Stay away from Brite and Car Rite! Run as far away as you can!

This is one of the most horrible companies that you could ever encounter! Customer service is a joke because one rep says one thing while another says something completely different. Even though I paid I remaining balance they still took a payment automatically. (stating I had to sign a form to stop auto pay) and they add on extra money so watch out!!! I would not even give 1 star but I had too.
