The doctor's are okay. I don't feel like they read my chart or even remember details about my pregnancy. I have been asked the same questions numerous times over the course of many appointments and I know that the requested information could be found in my chart. I feel as though they are to busy to devote time to my pregnancy or even read my chart. Also, I like to think that I am a polite, reasonable person. As a professional with an advanced degree I can honestly say I would not hire any of the billing department to work for me due to their rudeness and unprofessionalism. The other medical offices associated with St. Catherine's hospital have the same customer service issues. Honesty, take your business to Kearny County hospital in Lakin for all of your health care needs. You will not regret it! I am so happy that we made the switch!
