i.e., I used On the Green for about two years. My lawn went from mediocre to well maintained. They do a good job. However, when it is time to call them about questions, they do not return phone calls unless it is time to renew annual contracts. I had to call them several times because they did not perform services that they promised. Also, I had to cancel my service with them because the owner was screaming and yelling at me through the phone because I inquired about a service that I never received. He hung up the phone on me after he became frustrated with answering too many questions. They do an excellent job. However if you are the type of person that asks questions beware.
