I purchased 5 suits from this location back the beginning of April for my wedding. My fiances suit had to be special ordered. When it came in no one called to notify us, I finally called after a few weeks and they said it was in and he could come in to be fitted. The fitting occurred in May.  They said they would call in a few days when the suit was ready.  Well I called yesterday because we STILL have not gotten the call to first be told they lost my fiances suit by Charlene.  She said she would continue to look and call me back.  A few hours later I called back again and asked for the District managers phone number.  All of a sudden they found his suit BUT the alterations have not been done.  REALLY!  So the assistant manager then calls to tell me I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my suit because now there seamstress is on vacation!  No apology no nothing!  We spend an awful lot of money for this type of treatment.  Very disappointing!
