        Overall

        Hotel haunted, found out after I reserved this hotel for my honeymoon, 4 months away. Unfortunately I booked under nonrefundable since the hotel looked beautiful and perfect, so they refuse to refund me although I cancelled within 24 hours! This is ridiculous since its so far until my reservation. We are not going to Galveston any longer and won't be getting the service (stay) that I have already paid for.
