        This place is awful and I have...

        This place is awful and I have no clue how they stay in business!! I have used them several times and each time I have to call repeatedly to get them to either give me an estimate or actually complete the job I requested. The owner acts as if you are bothering her. I am surprised they have been around as long as they have.
