Overall

Very poor service and rude takes money out your account with out permission and then don't they don't know where it went

Overall

Extremely poor service. Took funds to open an account online and acknowledged opening of account. Then never communicated further. After I mailed signature cards still no response. Only when I contacted them did they say they had decided to decline my account application because I live in another state. They then sent me a bogus copy of an alleged email sent stating same from an earlier date.
