I was stranded at a car shop in Gallatin. I wasn't able to get a Lyft or Uber ride because no drivers were in that range. That left me literally no other choice than to call THE ONLY taxi company in Gallatin. The driver (apparently the ONLY driver,) showed up a half hour later than expected. Once she arrived, she told me they only took cash and it was going to be $60. She didn't even know my destination and was adamant that she was not going to take me anywhere unless I paid her up front. On top of that, when I called for help, the lady (the driver's mother-in-law apparently) was SO incredibly rude and unhelpful. I told her the exact destination where I needed to go, address and all, and she refused to give me an estimate because she didn't know where my address was off the top of her head.Overall I would give this company a ZERO. DO NOT RIDE WITH THEM.
I have used this company for the past few months and they are horrible. Tried to gouge me for an extra $5 and it cost them. Got a ride from Uber for $5.67 instead of the $15 this garbage company wanted to charge. Mid Cumberland only charges $3 with plenty of notice on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Cab companies in this area use lack of public transit to gouge their customers, but thankfully Uber is going to make them extinct. Enjoy the poor house!
