I ordered sand to be delivered the day before my pool was going to be installed. I received a call at 8:30 a.m. the morning I was supposed to get the sand to tell me that the barge didn't show up so they didn't have any sand. You don't keep any on hand for customers that have ordered ahead of time? That seems weird to me. I don't begin to know how to operate a sand company but if I was the manager, I would make sure at least the day before that I had enough sand to accommodate my customers that ordered. Poor customer service.
