Dropped my 14 year old off at the nail shop today...thinking we had found a good spot in the Gallatin area...This was only our 2nd time going and was hoping for a better experience...THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!! bEFORE LEAVING i SPECIFICALLY SAID TO CLEAN HER EYEBROWS UP...NOT ARCH....I went to run an errand and came back through the door to be greeted with a LOUD "THAT'S $35!!" When I walked in... NOt sure if she thought I wasn't returning or IF she was trying to be funny...either of which was very rude!! My daughter told THE ROBUST lady to CLEAN her eye brows UP AS I DID B4 I LEFT...NOT ARCH!!! SHE MADE THEM LOOK LIKE NARROW STRIPS THEN HAD NO APOLOGIES....THEN INSULTED MY INTELLIGENCE BY SAYING SHE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND MY DAUGHTER!!!! THE TECHS LARGE, HORRIBLY, DRAWN ON eyebrows was a great indicator that she AT LEAST KNEW that you NEVER cut into the arch unless a person specifies!!! A CLEAN UP AND ARCH ARE NOT THE SAME!!!! ANYBODY WHO'S EVER TOUCHED WAX KNOWS THAT!!!! MISTAKES HAPPEN...BUT WHEN YOU TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY THEN THEN INSULT THE OTHER PERSON WITH RUDE BEHAVIOR...THIS DOES NOT PROMOTE REPEAT BUSINESS...WE WON'T BE RETURNING!!

Don't go to this nail shop. My nails started lifting the same night I got them done. When I called the shop to tell them about it, the lady told me I was lying. They refused to fix my nails or give me my money back. The lady talked on her cell phone the whole time and was very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back there. I only gave them one star because I had to.
