We purchased a brand new vehicle for our daughter first car, a 2017 Yaris. The car is self and purchasing the car was an excellent transaction. With a new vehicle purchase, you are supposed to get free maintenance for the first 2 years or 24,000 miles. The service department is extremely unprofessional and horrendous to do business with. The first oil change they told us that the technician change her oil, even gave us an invoice and put an oil change sticker on her window. Upon checking if they actually did the oil change they did not so we had to bring the car back.I wait another 30 minutes for them to do the oil change again and just happen that Mr. Hibbard was in the waiting room that evening and we spoke about what occurred. She driving it for a couple of months. My husband wants to teach his daughter about checking her fluids, he checks the oil to find out they overfilled her oil by 2 quarts. She drove 3000 miles on a brand new engine with overfilled oil from Toyota service. Bring the car back to Toyota have them correct the oil level. Call Friday to make an appointment for our daughter 10,000-mile oil change, they told us they can do it a 2:00 pm and it will be ready at 2:30 pm. We drop the car off on Friday evening. Get a phone call Saturday morning, your car is not ready for an oil change, my husband tells the Service writer, yes it is, the maintenance light is on and your oil sticker states 10,000 miles. Go at 2:30 to pick it up the car, the car was not even touched. Ask why they didn't call us? The Service writer states because we didn't. I ask how much longer he responds I don't know we have been running behind all day, I said an oil change takes 20 minutes, he looked me in the face and told me you are wrong and you don't know how long it takes. I said yes I do I have been running my own Automotive Repair company for 20 years, he said I don't care what you do you are still wrong and then my husband got upset, due to how they were talking and cutting me off. I will never recommend Ron Hibbard. Buyer beware and follow up to make sure you are actually getting the Service you are paying for. We have given them 3 opportunities before I left this review. We tried to do business with them. If the owner Mr. Hibbard would like to contact me, I would love to sit down and bring all the paperwork and discussed the way I spoke to and treated this past Saturday
Service Manager was very courteous. My car was serviced to my satisfaction. Coupon for free oil change was very much appreciated as it helped to keep cost of service appointment down. Wait time was very short.
Service personnel are always good to communicate and be responsive to requests.
Everything happened within the time agreed upon. The work was good and advice of upcoming service needed was discussed.
Dale was very courteous and helpful. I had a recall and had my first oil change. I was in and out very quick.
Awesome internet salespeople! Negotiated great deal before ever stepping foot in the door. Very honest and community oriented business
A new Ford dealer in Gallatin. Much improved from the dump they used to be in. Nice people, and now a nice place. First visit there was good and nothing to complain about. Check out the Mustang, candy apple red.
This service department is the worst. Took car in a week ago technician said it needed a battery I knew that was very unlikely but said okay then they said it had a electoral problem I said okay fix it. The car stop ranning again doing the same thing so I have it towed in again. Now it is the starter and a wiring problem again. It is a new starter no way that is it Is and they wouldn't work on it unless I spend 600 on another new one. Very unprofessional just guessing at problems.
MMr.hensel was very attentive & knowledgeable & answered every question we had about our van & he made sure that he had the best interest in mind for my family!
I chose this dealership opposed to one closer to my home because of the staff.
