The tech was very professional and was on time for the appointment. He called ahead of time to tell me he was running behind, but still arrived within the 2 hour time frame he previously stated during our first conversation. He repaired my Hitachi rear projection tv in a timely manner and pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have nothing but great things to say about Herbert. He did a great job repairing my TV at a reasonable price. His customer service is also excellent. We have used him on more than one occasion and will definitely use his services when we need a TV repaired. If you need your TV repaired don't look any further.
Totally professional, does exactly what he says he'll do. He's honest, didn't try to snow me and I understood what the problem was. Now if we could figure out some way to get Sony to build a reliable 60-inch that will last longer than 14 months . . .
WOW - all these 5 star reviews and I expected way better when I placed my phone call minutes ago but the guy seemed more concerned with getting me to agree to an $89.95 charge for coming out and giving me an estimate than anything else.I asked "Well, can I not tell you what the TV is doing before committing to that?"He went on and on about how he could make 1000 guesses over the phone and none of them could be right and then back into the whole drill about the $89.95.......Here's some advice for whoever that was that answered my call:Slow down - don't run straight into blahblahblah blah about coming out and charging your flat fee when you do your estimate and try to get someone to agree to that immediately. (At one point his speech was so jumbled and he talked so fast I couldn't even make out what he was saying!)Treat potential customers like they're potential customers - all you had to do was let me tell you what the picture on the tv looked like then you possibly could've told me you've had success repairing similar issues and guess what? I probably would've scheduled an appointment.Imagine that.I totally get that you need people to realize that your time is valuable and there's a charge for the "service call" or whatever when you come out to do your estimate, but once that's already been established... just humor people a little bit. I'd rate him half a star if it would let me.
I have asked Herbert to fix my DLP tv a few times over the years and on each occasion he was a true professional, very friendly and courteous and took the time to explain all options to me. His prices are very fair and I recommend him very highly to anyone that needs electronic repairs.
This store and company is a disgrace! I bought a huver board for my son for Christmas and it doesn't work and these jerks refuse to take it back. Never again will I enter this store with their sales people who have no knowledge at all about any of their products. Terrible company and I feel generous giving them one star.
I paid for them to install my wires in the wall for my TV and sound system. They finally came a month after I paid for it, and then said they couldn't do it bc of how my wall is situated. So they zip tied some cords and that was it. Said I could get some of my money back. I never got any of it. They lied and said they did the job when I disputed with my CC. So I paid about $200 for nothing. I can show pictures of my wires, but I don't know who to go to. I've called and called. If they stole that money out of my purse they'd go to jail but apparently they can do this and get no consequences. Stay away!
Herbert came to my house three days ago to fix my 50" Samsung TV. I was a little confused about what he was saying at first, but it was worth a try. He arrived on time and was able to fix my TV within less than an hour at a reasonable price!!! He also walked me through everything he was doing. I recommend him to anyone. If you don't understand something just ask him.
I am so glad we called H S Electronics to come fix our expensive TV that just stopped working all of a sudden! Mr. Herbert came to our house the day after we called, was on time and was able to fix our TV in no time. Great customer service, I definitely recommend H S Electronics.
I went in to buy a $10 item. The lady that helped me didn't have a clue about electronics, but she was friendly enough and even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted she was able to up-sell me to a similar item for $40. I got to the counter, ready to pay, and they started asking me for personal information. All while other customers were standing nearby. They wanted my first and last name, address, email, etc, and to enter that info into a computer. When I refused to give out my address the man at the counter informed me that if I didn't give them my address I would not be able to return the item for any reason. So I walked out. They lost a $40 sale because they insisted on adhering to a stupid store policy to collect information about their customers. If the management reads this, you should seriously re-evaluate your store policies. Customers don't want to be hassled when we come to buy something. We want to find what we need, pay and go home, that's it! WE DO NOT WANT TO STAND THERE FOR AN EXTRA FIVE MINUTES AND BE DATA MINED FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS! Good luck surviving the holidays.
