Worst customer service ever! And I know people say this a lot but I get along with almost everyone and I make concessions for people, but I just can't for the owner of Iced :( We ordered a large number of cupcakes and cheesecake squares for a birthday party and gave her all our card info. When she charged it the charge went into pending because our account holds all credit charges for 24 hrs. (New card, we didn't know) We offered to pay her cash after it became apparent that she felt we were cheating her (she even demanded a bank statement proving we had been charged) asking only that when the charge cleared she could refund what we over payed (because we would be paying twice once the card charge went through). She refused saying we could pay cash but no money would be refunded. At one point she even accused us of not having money in our account (though we had our statement in hand). She asked me repeatedly if I understood what "pending" meant and kept hysterically telling us how she'd been cheated in the past (our problem why?). At any rate we finally gave up after offering her cash again if she would work with us and her not even pausing long enough in her rant to respond. So No cupcakes and we can't stop the charge. So if she can at least be good to her word we'll get a refund. If not I'll post again and contact BBB as that is a whole other issue.
