Always great service, I have been dealing with Gainesville tire and auto for years and would not go anywhere else.
0 stars. They passed my car for inspection.... then as they were pulling it out of the bay decided that it needed new brake line for a cool 700.00. Um...it passed. They said they would take the sticker away if I took it somewhere else. You be the judge. I bet all these 5 star ratings are fake reviews since they all end it three numbers...coincidence?
I just got my car inspected yesterday and it was done in the fastest amount of time that I have ever gotten it done. My family only ever goes to this Shell station and we all think that after the renovations that it looks amazing. We do miss talking to all the mechanics when we would drop our car off however.

Bought and installed four new tires. Vehicle was completed in time requested and had no issues. Service folks were nice and answered all my questions. Will definitely go back- in 80,000 miles.
Work great, Check in great, driver great. Internal communication,staff did not know of your new appointment system and do not take appointments for allignments. They covered well and I am happy and will be back.

Customer service was friendly, accommodating, and understanding when we needed to purchase only 2 tires for now. The installed the tires in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. It's their good service that keeps us coming back time and time again for everything.

I took our vehicle in for it's yearly inspection and I must say it was quick, which I really appreciated. I must also say you all have one of the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen, especially in an auto repair shop.

I had a bad leak on my transmission filter and had just had my driveway sealed. VA Tire & Auto took my vehicle in without an appointment replaced the filter and topped off the tranny fluid all at avery reasonable change. They were however finished with the car 90 minutes later than I was first told.
Vehicle Inspection which in the past was painful was enjoyable with the coffee, TV and Wifi
