Overall
Professionalism

One of the previous reviewers was right! I experienced the rudeness of the staff just talking to them on the phone! I speak with an European accent, but I am a faculty and everybody understands me easily; however, the person on the phone couldn't understand "a word of what I was saying". When my husband talked to him in a clear American English, the man on the phone continued behaving as we were interrupting his afternoon nap. Very disappointing! Respectful businesses should be able to learn how to treat their costumers in a professional manner! I wouldn't use their services even if it was an emergency!

We took our animals to this vet office because it was cheaper than a few other alternatives despite multiple people telling us that they were rude. Upon visiting we soon found out that the rumors were true. Everyone we came in contact with here was very rude!

We had our kitten de-clawed here. The vet told us that we could unwrap the tape on the top and just slide the boots down after a day. She said it like it would be simple and it might have been had she not wrapped the tape tightly around the legs of our kitten sticking to her hair. We were able to remove the tape with a lot of baby oil and patience. It would have been nice to have a heads up though.

Also, don't be surprised if you can't get a hold of them because they decide to take 2 hour lunches. All in all we won't be taking our animals back to this clinic. It's not worth the savings to have to put up with these RUDE individuals.

I have been using Grand Ave. Animal Clinic for over 20 years. In that time Cindy and Wray have always given my animals excellent service. It has always been above and beyond the help needed. When she had to put down an animal she did it always with great respect. When I had any questions she would always help me with information and advice. At no time have I ever been put down and put off for any reason. I would never trust another vet with my animals and I have two small dogs and five cats. When I had a large dog they even offered to come to the house to give them shots but I brought the dog in the back of a truck and they came out and gave him his shots.

I have always felt and still do and Grand Ave. Animal Clinic loves and cares for my animals the way I would like for them to be treated.
