I called and ordered my husband lunch since he only has a 30 min break and he showed up to pick up his food right when they said it would be ready and they had given it away and he had to wait 15 mins for another plate and only had 7 minutes to eat. And he got no apology! We will not be eating there again!
Do not ever go there the lady that did not take care of me was crazy They offer a veterans discount but you better have proof our she will go crazy. She read me the right act over 90 cents.Whatever happen to the customer is right.Not at this pig. Why would a grown man lie over being a vet,never again

How NOT to treat a loyal customer: Since J. Bufflo Wings opened in Oakwood we've been in there sometimes weekly ordering their wings and fried rice. I bet we've ordered 50 times since they opened. Tonight when we got home we found out they messed up our order and gave us some kind of lemon/seasoned wings instead of mild - no biggie. But when I called up there to let them know - and to tell them my wife would pick up the right ones - the owner in the background didn't believe me and said I had to bring in the wrong wings (10 small wings) before he'd make it right. I wasn't even planning on going back the same night. What's worse is the guy on the phone has taken our order dozens of times, and we've never had a problem. After telling him to tell the owner that I'm a loyal customer and my wife, who didn't have the wings and was actually next door, could pick up the right wings he still insisted I bring them back to "prove" they were wrong. Wow. I will never (get that) - NEVER - go back to that restaurant. Very poorly done.
