Everyone at Rehab Institute is great. One day when I was up there I felt a little unsteady, someone walked me to my car. She also made sure I was ok to drive before I left. From my first call to them, I was treated like I was someone important. When I’ve had an issue with one of my braces or needed them adjusted, getting an appointment was easy. If I left a message, they called back quickly. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Northeast ga always have and always will be prejudiced.They put up with us because they have to not because they want to.And the black Dr who refer to himself as Dr G by making jokes about his own only makes himself look questionable in front of the Caucasian staff!!They feel the same about u too.Just thinking it instead of saying it.
Egotistical personality with NO bedside mannersI know he must have a lot of knowledge of his profession but bullying patients and making them feel like they know nothing and are worthless is not a quality I find good in a doctor. You do exactly what he requests and he infers that you are lying to him. There is no pleasing him and he even sends in an assistant because and I quote the assistant "He is to mad to talk to you right now". He tells you that the insurance company ties his hands because of paper work and it will be another 6 weeks when I already talked to medicare and they said it was approved it is just waiting for the doctor to do the surgery, so he lied about that. Just had knee surgery there, recovery nurse was mean and hateful,kept giving me pain med I didn't ask for, just about overdosed me had to go on oxygen and started throwing up! Then she said she was done with me because she had another patient to take care of, sent me to another room. Horrible hospital stay as far away as possible ! You have been warned.
BAD FRONT SERVICE STAFF, DON'T CARE ATTITUDEWe are having a first baby, it is an amazing and happy moment. But you go there, front desk give you such a cold feeling about the whole process...our mid-wife, Tiffany, she is very nice and seems care what she does to feel you and the baby are some what important...But we are considering having our new born deliver else where...It is sad that the staff does not care about their own patients!
My review just has to do with Answering The Phone!! Tried repeatedly to contact the Gift shop to order a gift for our granddaughter, who is there in the hospital. Phone rang 10 times the first time, then 20 the second time--no answer, or voice mail. Then called the switchboard for help---they didn't answer until the phone had rang 10 times!! Then they just transferred me again, and it rang over 20 times again, with NO Answer or voice mail. VERY disappointing for a highly rated hospital.
I receive better care here then I get at my doc. office. and it don't cost a arm and leg.
