Finding an honest auto repair shop is like shooting craps; odds are against you. Not so with Rogers Automotive. My first experience with them was when another automotive company (with four fancy locations) wanted to charge me $300 plus to change the plugs on my car. Instead I had Rogers look at it and they determined my plugs were just fine. I have been using them ever since. They are honest, courteous and reasonably priced. Latest example was recently when I had a squeak somewhere in my brake system. I took it in. They did a look-see and we tested the braking again. They could have nailed me for brake pads, shocks or who knows what. Instead, they said my brakes were fine and on cold days might make noises until they warm up. No charge. I HIGHLY recommend this team for their attitude towards customers that is missing in many other auto repair shops.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Salesman Erik Mitchel was very rude to me via text. I text him back after he emailed me some cars to tell him I found a deal at Troncalli in cumming (a dealer that actually cares about its patrons) and explain the deal to him. He proceeded to tell me about how his cars that were over 10k more expensive were a better deal and I told him if you had said I am going to waste 30 minutes of my time telling me about the same cars I already said no too I would have saved my time. He called me a dummy and said if I was successful I would have bought a new car. This is the worst kind if person he is jealous that he lost a 21k sale and takes it out on the consumer instead of trying to take a hit on commission and make the deal build a reputation. He is the guy that sits on his but waiting for an easy target to make his measly pay so he can go home to his dump of a house and eat his ramen noodles. Congrats I'm a dummy and you lost a 21k sale you disrespectful arrogant loser. Also it's all in text and will be posted under their photos so have a look for yourself.

These guys removed my inline fuel pump instead of my fuel filter. At one point, they had gasoline spraying all over their faces, and I had to pretty much tell them how to change a fuel filter. After waiting for them to work on my car for two and a half hours, they told me that my car would not start and I need to tow it out of their shop. My car just had a professional fixed the break two weeks ago, and it was running perfectly fine. I politely refused to tow my car, and the manager threatened me over the phone that he would call the police. I thought that was the lowest thing to do. I called the police myself and had them to put my original stuff back on, and it ran fine again. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I took it to All Tune and Lube, and apparently Advance Auto Part sold me the wrong filter. BUT, All Tune and Lube nicely explained it to me, gave me the right filter, and changed it for me in the matter of second, and their price was lower, their service was great. angle auto. is the worst place to go have your car work on. They are rude. If the owner would have spend more time managing instead of flirting with the little techs... well never mind, he would have still screwed it up too. The bottom line is, if you take your car to these people, and they mess it up because they don't know what the hell they are doing even though your car drive perfectly fine. they will be rude to you and will call the cop on you if you don't move your car because it was blocking their bay after their tear your car up.
My wife and I had a great time shopping for a car at Milton. Matt Synder helped us choose the car. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. There was no pressure to hurry with our decision regarding the color chose. Matt out did himself to assist my wife in choosing the color by parking two cars side by side for comparison...great move, Matt! We were looking for a small car to scoot around town running errands. Matt understood...pointed us to the Corolla. He took us on a test drive and explained all the safety features on this model. Matt worked hard to get us the best deal on this car and the financing was the fastest we have ever experienced. Fernando prepared the paper work very efficiently and all while managing to carry on a lively conversation that kept us entertained. We had so much fun with these two young men...made our day! Other staff members stopped by to chat with us as we waited for Matt and Fernando to do their tasks. The new building was very nice and spacious.
